    Where i worked, we did the pastry the same, but used vanilla intant pudding and cream mixed for filling topped with thin icing, easy and Aussie ❤

    Kremšnite❤❤! Popular cake in South Europe. You don't have to sieve the cream on the end!😂🙈. And you can lightly cut the row pastry so you can cut much easier cake on the end. Over yellow cream we add šlag (beaten sweet sour cream).

    I advise putting pieces of cork cut to 1 cm on the corners in between the pastry and the dish you put over it to bake. The flaking with be able to develop and grow to max 1 cm height instead of being squished down.
