I hadn't had Spam since I was a child and remembered I didn't like it. Recently my grandson wanted to try it so I bought some and made it. I discovered I liked it. There are many things I see people eat that I don't think I would like but I would never say they are disgusting. Foods that are available and regional to people are what they eat and are of ethnic origins. I find it all interesting. Your exercise that you do looks just right for me. Can you say which one you follow on video?

안그래도 잡채 할려고 했는데 마침 딱 도움이 많이 되겠습니다. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 전 고기가 없어서, 대신 어묵을 넣을거예요.ㅋ김밥 썰때 저는 빵 자르는 작은 (과도 크기) 칼로 자르는데 톱니같은 날이여서 잘 썰리고 편하고 좋더라고요. 항상 품위가 있고, 건강하게 사시다는 느낌에 저도 배울려고 노력하고 있습니다. 도서관에서 수완님 책 [가벼운 아침 따뜻한 저녁 봤어요.] 반가웠답니다. 다음주에 뵈요~^^
