    50+ powerlifter, love your vids, very relevant for me. would love something on shoulder mobility for lowbar squat position. lots of guys have trouble with this.

    It seems like in the last of your exercises as your arms extend, they go from external to internal rotation. Is this observation correct? Trying to learn what the correct sequence is for overhead movements. Thanks!
