Unscheduled MTA NYC Subway L Express Skip Ride - Side Window View

Here is a video of a side window view during a ride on a MTA NYC Subway L train for 8th Avenue between Union Square and 8th Avenue. The train passed 6th Avenue station to catch up to its scheduled runtime; the train had previously ran very slowly and also had to skip 3rd Avenue station. L trains do not normally skip any stations on its route, especially busy stations like 6th Avenue station.

Whenever an L train ends up running express, it’s usually because the train was experiencing delays earlier before on the line, and the operators have the train skip some stops in order to get back up to schedule. But trains will usually only do this in Brooklyn.

Could this possibly be implemented permanently, skip stop service on the L would be cool

Out of the question Skip Stop new has and new will work just look at the J/Z and 1/9
