- LSU head women's basketball coach Kim Mulkey spoke with the media following her No. 7 ranked Tigers, 81-36 win over Northwestern State University. Plus Angel Reese and Mikaylah Williams.

Say what you want about Mulkey, but nobody can deny that she goes hard for her girls and she will fight to the death for them. I’d rather have a coach that would risk being ejected from a game for us in the name of defending the team…..than a coach who simply doesn’t care, and only wants the win. While Mulkey wants to win, she genuinely does care for her girls and she puts that on display in every game.
You can "go hard" for your girls without acting like a fool. This was embarrassing.
Tell us that you don't know shit without saying it. It's funny that you are embarrassed by the actions of a coach doing what coaches do, but you have no problem with showing the world what a stupid jackass you are. Kim is correct. When I subbed with bench players, I always made sure that there were experienced players on the floor around them. Never threw them to the wolves.

I am not butt hurt at all and I agree everybody has cupcakes on there schedule but GD even you have to say that there schedule so far outside of 2 games have been nothing but cupcakes one after the other. every other top 5 -6 teams have played at least 4- 5 ranked teams. I would like to see her schedule better teams then
I would be interested in watching there games. But why the fk watch them you already know the outcome. They have a great team I love Morrow and HVL FJ they would be a lot more fun to watch but they don,t challenge themselves one cupcake after another. But hey they did win last Year and have a great shot this year with the addition of Morrow and HVL.Morrow in my opinion is the best player on that team because of her ability to get boards and step outside and hit shots with great consistency.

Talk to a UCon, Tenn, Duke, NC, UCLA, Stanford, or Indiana Supporter and they would give you a good argument why the coaches of these programs were and are just as good if not better then this wool. She’s a National Champion Joke at Baylor and LSU she must be doing something right !
No honest, real deal, genuine words than what Coach Mulkey meant by "I'm just fighting for my Kids." Unfortunately in the Rockingham Basketball Ass-ociation Western Australia that principal is not acceptable if a certain "President" and his flunkeys are embarassed from his team of nobodies humiliating the coach who just happened to be the Rockingham Flames Club President. The court managers were not only ignoring his pleas to have a parent removed or suspended from attending any games due to him abusing the coach and creating anxiety within the team and his son by his unacceptable behaviour. And the fathers excuse for him abusing the cach in front of parents and players was for not allowing his son playing more time than other kids that deserved more time for following instructions. It was clear his son loved to play but his fathers presence was affecting his sons attitude he is better than his team so should ALWAYS be number one. It was therefore obvious the father had a an aggressive attitude when he was suspended for bad behaviour creating a situation ultimately fighting which as a newly employed Rockingham Basketball Club court official unacceptable but acceptable when it came to his behaviour towards verbally abusing his sons coach who had only volunteered till they find another coach although the coach had taken his team to their first ever final but then the powers that be regarding certain officials (Referee's excluded) hthe coach was constantly harassed by the court managers who had previously ignored him then just as the team were in a position to win the game, the coach was expelled from the final 5 mins of the game from the stadium and escorted to the stadium carpark where he remained till the team came to him an told him they lost by one point. Also it must be added the coach allowed this parents son to play as this kid gave the coach his word he will follow his instructions and not his fathers and played as a team player. If this is the kind of corruption within any organisation they should be held accountable for their hypocrisy and abuse of leadership. I have no intention of ever representing the Royals Basketball Club which asked me to help with the coaching or the Rockingham Flames Basketball Ass-ociation club which the "Royals" were affilliated to as a coach till the organisation gets rid of those entitled entities are removed permanently!
She should receive about 8 Ts a game always 5 yards out on the court. Success is nice, but how much class do you sacrifice for it?
