Such a beautiful family. Rosebank and Parkhurst areas are so expensive for very little space. Rather look at the Estates a little further out like Waterfall etc. You will get so much more space for that kind of money.

The penthouse 1 is a no its small and how can you have a fireplace with the couches facing the fireplace with a beautiful view behind you. I feel its built alittle weird, but penthouse 2 looks amazing and you can go ahead an count the first house out lol

Isnt buying expensive for foreigners if they arent permanent residents? To get a mortgage they would need to pay half of the purchase price which is pretty steep. That's more than required in the United States.

Or buying land and build, there are Americans who have bonds/ mortgage with local institutions, do your research, and also go ask our local major banks for home finance, ect

There are people earning R100k a year. Normally, it would be a salary for an executive small company at R1.2million a year/R100k per month. This is more than enough, actually top earner here. You can cover almost all your expenses (rent, food,school fees) and still have some left over. If possible pay all your children's school upfront. With R200k you can get a decent brand new car. You will be comfortable and be able to live the high life but you may need to watch your money and lifestyle as there are too many things to do. Your money will stretch. Do not forget to pay your tithes and give to the poor and those in need. You lend to God and will never be in need. All the best! God makes a way for you!
