It was not merely the fluency with which they articulated their thoughts, but rather the profound moral compass and unwavering sense of conscience that truly distinguished the older generation of leaders. These venerable individuals, unburdened by the trappings of materialism, embodied simplicity in its most noble form. They possessed an innate understanding of what was truly in the best interest of the Naga people, always placing the collective welfare above personal gain. In essence, they were not just leaders by title, but guardians of the people's well-being, driven by a deep-rooted sense of duty and integrity.

It wasn't merely their fluency or command of the English language, no, it was far more profound than that. Leaders like Sir Hokishe Sema and his contemporaries possessed an unshakable sense of morality and conscience, qualities that truly set them apart as the true stewards of the Naga people. They were not just leaders in name but individuals who deeply understood the dreams and aspirations of the Nagas. What truly distinguished them was their reverence for God, which guided their every decision and action. They were, in the truest sense, leaders who not only led but did so with a deep-rooted fear of God and a steadfast commitment to Naga people.

@@TheNagas84 The older generations of Nagas held their integrity, morality, and a profound sense of belonging to their culture, land, and people above all else. They had an innate understanding of what was right for the well-being of the Nagas, caring little for the vanities of life. Their simplicity in living was matched only by the heights of their moral character. Alas, one need only glance at the current leaders to notice the stark contrast. Those noble figures of the past were not swayed by money or material pursuits; their commitment to the welfare of the Nagas was unwavering and beyond reproach.
