You can get LENIENCY from a judge depending on the nature of your crime and your criminal history. You do 60-85% of your time depending on how you act in prison. 💯
He took bench trial judge always look out.u never do whole time never unless it's feds you do 85 percent in feds.you always do 50so u get hit 10 you do 5.and there's always shot you can do in the bing to drop 6 months here or there. At least that's how it is in chicago.i mean Illinois. Can't speak about anywhere else
