I adore the US Being Human but one thing I think they really messed up in translation was the Josie relationship. I love how the UK version didn't give us the flashbacks of her and Mitchell young until we'd already grown attached to her and seen her and Mitchell's relationship, in a much later episode. The US one started flashing back right away like the audience couldn't be trusted to get their relationship if she wasn't young and hot immediately.
And supposedly he is such a love in real life, too. I've never met him but I've heard he is incredibly sweet. And what's more interesting is that he doesn't think of himself as that handsome and doesn't get the appeal. 💚🍀

I only recently started watching being human and Mitchell is perfect....such a brillant character! This picked out some of my fav parts....and had me in tears all over again at the end with him and Josie. He is such an amazing character, really really is
I just finished S3 earlier today and I am not watching the rest. Honestly I thought it got a bit shit around the train thing, I just really don't think it's something he would have done and his character completely changed. There weren't as many funny bits and it was less about the relationships between George, Mitchell and Annie. Also I really liked the house in Bristol and even though I'm from Wales I kinda wish that whole thing hadn't happened. Or if it did happen I think at the end of S3 I think Mitchell should have been taken by the old ones and the rest be about them trying to get him back or something. I just really fucking love Mitchell and I have alot of feelings
You really don't think Mitchell would look for revenge after the religious nuts detonated the clean vampires? After Ivan was killed? And being motivated by Daisy, the last of his own kind whom he really cared for, he's not exactly in a good state of mind. I do agree with you about it getting shit around the train, I kind of hate that little lingering subplot, how everything came back to the train. It had its moments (and I would've liked to have seen the detective woman survive), but for the most part it just didn't feel right

I totally agree! I watched The first episode and was like "wow. They didnt show us Nina's depth, and George isn't George anymore. But he'll be better!" And when they killed him, i was like "Fuck you! I aint watching this shit anymore!" First they kill Mitchell, and by that they also killed The most beautiful friendship ever showed on television. And then they kill Nina without letting us be a part of that (Even though i didn't like Nina that much) and then they killed George. After that i was done. Why not just kill us fans too. Was basically what they did for me! I cried like a baby for two hours after watching those episodes lol

Best bit is Mitchell sitting on the doorstep with the tv while George transforms. AND if I ever meet the guy who plays the cop I'm scared I'd blurt out "Oh The Vampire Policeman" he scared me so much!

I am new to the Adien Turner bandwagon thanks to Poldark, so I have lots to catch up. Totally binge watching Being Human. What a fucking good show. The shows are so much better across the pond, we try to copy them here but it's lost in translation somewhere along the way.

Sorry to disappoint you. No they are not human. it is another dream of the devil. You can see that because there still is this paper wolf (from Toms dream), which would not be there if it weren't a dream. (It is pretty much the same end as Interception -if you have seen that) Furthermore if they would have succeeded they would be dead. Now the devil has given them everything they want: A normal life, Alex's family + all of the three together. So there can be another season with them finding out

what you are looking 2 much between the lines the fact is that they are human because the devil is dead sorry if you can't exept that being human has ended but that doesn't mean you have to change the ending in your head so that in your mind being human can come on again
oh dear, someone wasnt paying attention to the ending. There is more than one way to interpret the ending, either they are all human, they're all trapped and the Devil killed everyone, they're all dead, they're all trapped after stopping the devil.... All because of a wolf on a mantlepiece and Hal being dumb enough to give the Devil advice. They could probably bring it back, but i like how it ended, so I hope they dont.
Now I'm feeling sorry for you… There is some seriously hot vampire scenes with Aidan. Yes, and the show is funny as hell also, George being the funniest tho.
Hugh S, he hides his fang in his mouth. The author decided in this version, vampires can walk in daylight without getting hurt. Vampires, werewolf etc. is difference from book to book, movie to movie, because the author want to make their own version of them.
