Despite having an upbeat, oriental track, the song contains rather dark themes, mentioning guillotines and ICBMs. In addition, the lyrics state things such as "Songs of lament go unheard" and "This is a banquet inside a steel jail cell". This concert was intended to be Daishinnenkai (New Year's Concert / Party) 2021 in January but was postponed to August the same year. Thus Manatsu no Daishinnenkai (Midsummer New Year concert / party) due to the pandemic. Yokohama arena has room for 17k spectators, but due to infection control they were only allowed to sell 5k tickets. Everyone had to have a negative test, wear a face mask and was not allowed to sing loudly or shout. Thus this version lacks audience interaction when the band is gathered on stage. It was performed as an encore song at the 2020 concert. At Wagakki Band concerts, except for vocalist Yuko Suzuhana, it is customary to change stage costumes to rough T-shirts before Angkor.

I feel that Wagakki Band's songs and lyrics have several themes. The biggest subject is as follows. "There are a lot of bad things, sad things, and painful things in the world.">>>"But let us switch our minds.">>>"Then you will see a surprisingly good world.">>>"The world may be more fun than you think." When writing lyrics, they seem to place importance on making songs that are "fun to listen to and enjoyable to watch." I feel that kind of consideration in the selection of words in the lyrics. Take SENBONZAKURA as an example. There are exciting nouns such as "ICBM" and "Dan-Tow-Dai (= guillotine)" in the lyrics of this song. However, it does not seem to indicate their political intentions such as anti-war and social satire. I feel like I chose a word simply by feeling the sound that seems to be fun from the pronunciation. Similarly, there is the word "One-Two-San-Shi" in the lyrics. This would normally be "One-Two-Three-Four". However, they sing San (3 in Japanese) instead of Three and Shi (4 in Japanese) instead of Four. This is probably because I thought it would be more interesting to simply pronounce "San-Shi". It may be the best way to enjoy WGAKKI BAND to simply accept the sounds and words without thinking too much about the deep meaning of the lyrics. There are other themes in Wagakki Band's songs and lyrics. It's about "sad love" and "heart-hidden emotions." However, these characteristics lead to Japanese values (WABI-SABI) and Buddhist values, which are difficult for me to explain. By the way, one of the best songs I recommend is "Rokuchounen to Ichiya Monogatari". The title is a parody of the One Thousand and One Nights story, but the meaning is ... don't ponder it. In this song, YUKO expresses the joy of listening to the sound with great skill. (A good boy shouldn't imitate and sing.
