I don't understand how game devs STILL don't have systems to pick up on cheating.
It cannot be so hard for these talented developers to create a system where, if an ability has a 3 second cooldown and is being spammed every second with no powerup or buff that lets you do it, it flags the person as a cheater and removes him.
DECADES of multiplayer gaming and cheaters and somehow no system like this exists? All that "anticheats" do is check if you're running programs that modify something and, with many of them, they can be disabled or even just removed, we need an actual anticheat system baked into the game that checks these things.
That Dabi hasn’t unlocked his full potential I’ve had a dabi flying with no cd and from a distance it was funny af but I reported him
It also seems that hackers breed hackers. Like maybe you never considered hacking until you were doing well but lost to a hacker. The only way to beat one is to become one. And so they join their ranks but also add to the problem.

Ran into a bakugo with infinite ult. Me and him were last two and i was tsuyu, last circle. I cloaked and watched him ult 6 times and inevitability lost lol. Playing on pc is always scary.
Wait, that guy flying wtf, now I understand why I was getting hit from above by a Bakugou but there was NO BAKUGOU above me.
I just started using an instant recording software, I have 5 or 6 private videos already with cheaters doing stuff. Saw an Iida with infinite recipro burst, too. An invisible Kaminari who was dead but could do stuff (And showed up in the end screen on the podium), and even machine gun dekus, too-
This has happened to me where I was wondering how I am getting hit then an invisible Kaminari was beating me when we both were the last man standing.
Bro i had a game yesterday as tenya and i had infite recipro burst im 99% sure i know how the glitch works but i have no friends to test my theory im pretty sure its because i got knocked while i had recipro active they started finishing me using the finisher animation and in that my froppy grabbed me and rezd me from that point i had recipro burst till the game ended ( im on xbox btw)
Ive run into 3 hackers so far, first 2 were a Shigi who could target everyone from everywhere with infinite range :/
3rd was a Denki who had infinite plus ultra and no cooldown on his dash or aeo electric move. So annoying

About a week ago I saw a Mount Lady with cheats. She couldn't get downed and had no problem fighting an invisible Tsuyu (sometimes you get lucky but they make it painfully clear they were using a cheat for that).
I don't get why people are doing this. If you can't play a game without using these cheats then don't play the game.
There is also a cheater at the number 1 spot in ranked atm. He has like a max of 39mil damage in one game or something like that with only 18 games played. Reported him a couple times but it's surprising how long he's staying at the top when the numbers are so absurd.

one of my random teammate was really cheating, he couldn't die even though his life on display was at 0, he was up even though he was down and he launched attack as much as he wanted. But the worst was when he was K.O. His body stayed down, but in reality he just became invisible and destroyed anyone... Of course we won the game..
Let's hope that developers find a way to cancel this kind of guys. But for the moment, i just reported the guy

I haven’t seen a hacker yet so I’ve been pretty lucky, but damn. Those clips are crazy. This really needs to get fixed
glad I don't play on PC tbh the hacker issues in these online games have gotten so much worse over the years
I recorded one, but haven’t uploaded it. My Shigaraki was basically teleporting across the entire map downing everyone. At first I thought he lagged out, but when the kills started happening, I instantly knew and got pissed off. Me and my duo reported, but wondering if it’ll even matter. They may not have anti-cheat, but they definitely have anti-type. They don’t want us typing bad words like, “cheater.”

I think I just hit about 300 games and I have encountered maybe 3 Cheaters total, its not that bad but when they are there they are bad. So in my games maybe a 1% chance per game.
Same, I don't think I've ever encountered a hacker in 150 games
I agree wih this, I played it today and already found hackers in my first matches.
Also tbh, I don't really want crossplay, if the crossplay happens to be smth similar to fortnite, the pc players will just be abused by the console players again, if they do make crossplay, please bear in mind an aim-assist that isn't overpower.

I would also like to add that the game being free also makes the game easier to hack too. Since they can easily make new accounts for free if banned. there is no real punishment to stop these cheaters.
yep. Not to mention they never seemed to care about that possibility, it seems the company just trusted the gamers to not be pricks. Mistake.
Also on a side note, anticheat is pointless. Adding it makes cheating a challenge, which cheat developers do for fun. They also do it to prove as a point that anticheat is useless. Adding anticheat would just make the game run slightly worse, and people will still cheat regardless. The only thing that can fix cheaters is if they fix the server side of the game. Add debouncing to user inputs to prevent them turning on a switch or infinite jumping through the air. Also adding a way to check how a player went in the air, and an estimate of how long they should be in the air vs how long they actually are would help to detect fly hacking. Any sudden massive changes in their coords should also trigger a teleport hack detection. All of this is server sided, so that is what they need to work on.
We could start saving the names and reporting the Steam Profiles, for a VAC ban on PC.
Can confirm they hack on PS4 as well, not even sure how. Encountered a Bakugo who was able to snipe across the entire map from Mountain Zone, a Dabi who when he got downed immediately ressed with full shield (with no help from teammates like Froppy or Cementoss) and a Momo with infinite shield ability 😪

I have pc and ps4 i never saw a hacker in my lobbies in ps4 and i have play everyday for HOURS from 2 pm to 3 am 🙄, but i have see 4 hackers in pc thats why i dont play in pc anymore

You found something extremely rare. I’m yet to find anything remotely similar to that for consoles and like the other person that commented. I play the game nearly if not 8-12 hours. But that’s wild tho.
I didn't think it was possible either but they're able to hack on Shinobi Strikers on PS4 as well so there must be a way.
I have 2 clips if you want them I encountered a mt lady on my team who kept getting back up after she was knocked down, and a dabi who could jump forever, spam quirks, and run fast
I've encountered 2 hackers separately within 5 games they can plus ultra infinitely, and their skill has no cooldown they usually play solo, and their teammates are always dead.

I imagine people are hacking rampantly not fearing a ban because the game is already slowly dying.
So they have nothing to lose. Il be honest if it was not for the IP license the game would just be a generic battle royal compared to what came before it.
Slowly dying, the game has been out barely 3 weeks, slowly dying is a bold statement. Even if this was a different IP, the fact it's a anime game is the key factor here, not it being about My Hero, cause before now this type of anime game would be a pipe dream. People are hacking not because it's dying, it's because there's nothing in place to stop or punish them for doing so.

Just yesterday me and a friend were fighting a momo and a kendo, friend got gripped and I used Iida buff to run away. Next thing I knew I look behind and I see the same two coming at me a mach speed and infinite jumping.

Most people that say that are bad anyway, in all seriousness, though… Hacking is definitely an issue on PC. Everything from aim bot, to self Rez, to infinite use of plus ultra. I literally have a clip of this person abusing the absolute mess out of plus ultra with mount lady and she t bags everybody She kills. 🤦🏿♂️

between auto aim sniping me with 5 shots through three bushes of complete lack of vision on me to the cheaters lately are crazy, but yeah had alot of free flyers today and the flying deku and bakugo combo is rough dunno how to deal with them they harder to hit than froaky lol let hope they tweek the auto aim and see to the hackers but yeah shot for the video
I’ve only seen a dabi hacker who had also had a switch and could apparently flash step on some bleach shit. Let’s have faith they’ll get that anti cheat put together properly soon
Just got a infinite special bakugo staying in the sky, luckily our all might knocked him down and then we where able to finish him off when he got low enough for me to hit.

When you hack whatever console you’re on Xbox PlayStation or PC should just lock you out from being able to download on your console period. Make hackers buy new consoles every time if they wanna hack

Idk if this is a hack or bug I ran into but I downed an iida and he just vanished and I got killed looking for him like 15 seconds total. When I went to cycle the players left he was full health and shields like forever away from where I downed him.

dude i solo queued and faced a dabi who had a switch and was also a crackhead. i went down and he was taunting, then my teammate deku came with his own switch and ko'd the dabi. needless to say, he won it for us, but that was too crazy for me
I played pc for about 4 days an I’ll say it is unplayable. I am now switching to the switch console sadly…

i rate the only real remedy is to group together as a community and all agree that if anyone sees hackers in their games then all must evoke a non agression pact and team up to focus the hackers, even this wont help much against some of the hacks like immortality but it is a way to make something fun out of a negative, HACKER HUNTING les go plus ULTRA ppl

Man wants a lot from a free game, “and some of us don’t have all the characters yet.” What are you expecting the games only been out for a month (If u played everyday since release u could easily get all characters)
If you spent money, yes. Otherwise No you couldn't. Because 3 Characters are locked behind the banner and depends on your pull luck, and 3 more are behind character tickets. This asking for a lot narrative is wild 🤣
