Cheats aren’t bound to a button, its just a cheat menu you use with your mouse. As for him only using 2 moves its because those are All Might’s only good ones.
@TheChosenOne1_ you can actually plus ultra legitimately probably 4 times in a single match, you gain plus ultra from taking damage and teammates dying. When a teammate dies you.get around 30-40% PU charge so if you can constantly revive your teammates, realistically you can plus ultra about 3 times, 4 if you can adequately tank damage and survive enough times
