  • The 2023 winter was an El Nino, but with temperatures are cooling off in the Pacific gives us the sign that La Nina is coming. Generally, when there is a La Nina there is a warm and dry winter across the southern tier and colder than average temperatures in the Pacific Northwest, but what does that mean for Nebraska?
