One tip dont turn on The hydralics right away As there are loads of moving control surfaces which could cause damage to The ground crew and trucks so instead turn them on when all The ground services are gone
Pushbacker here, once the bypass pin is installed, and all ground handling is terminated, we communicate to the flightdeck that they have permission to pressurize the hydraulics!
