    How difficult was it to get the city/util co. to move the electrical poles?

      Typically, it's a nightmare. Fortunately, our electrical contractor stayed on top of it and they got them moved pretty seamlessly

    L.A. is a a city that loves to tear down old and build new. I’m sure it’s a cost decision in almost every case. I commend you on doing the opposite. Wish there were more developers like yourself that creatively save older properties.

    It's cheaper to go to China, check out the furniture and come back.
