This is one of my favourite harpsichord pieces, wonderful to hear it on guitars. You all put a lot of passion into it. It’s such a nuanced piece. You have to really listen to a few different performances to truly understand and appreciate it.

I wrote this with syncopated mariachi guitarron rhythms and it combined pretty well - 2/4 against 3/4. Rameau was a little genius. Thank you Juan Felipe.

No it is the famous gavotte with 6 doubles from J P Rameau ( 1683/1764).
