Thanks man, with over 11,000 flights it really is fun to keep working to perfect the sport even farther. I developed the quick release harness for example after a friend went in the water and said he would have liked to have gotten out of the harness faster. Took me quite a bit of work but I got it perfected. Then by chance I ended up going in the water myself, TWICE. Both times I was out of the harness in less than one second. Test it, improve it fun fun fun:)
The Flat Top Ninja has very little torque and because it has the best weight shift of any paramotor in the world you can completely eliminate torque just by shifting your weight slightly. With the Kangook you don't have any of the basic safety features or the weight shift. If you offset the weight then when you let off the throttle you turn the other way. It is better to design it so the pilot has control instead of intentionally making it out of balance. Flat Tops freaking rock!!
Possibly but it is hard to say and both titanium and carbon fiber are much more difficult to work with. Currently the lightest bicycles on earth are still made from Aluminum so just keep in mind it is still one of the lightest and best materials out there. For this industry it is pretty critical for the other parts as the crush capability of aluminum is much better and you need the unit to crush smoothly to absorb impact in a crash. Titanium is brittle and just breaks.

Love this video, I thumbed it up!
It would be interesting to see the flat top with and offset engine to counter act the torque effect I think a version of the rsultra/kangook does.
Thanks so much for the help you have been giving me.
What if you made the comfort bars out of titanium or carbon fiber? Could that maintain the strength and cut some weight?
Another great video!
