Great video… as I return to practicing CAS, this is great to go back and review videos like this.

FAC-A would call “Stare 1688 on Line 6” and the CAS pilot would slew to that grid and cue the Laser Spot Track on his TGP. When the CAS aircraft’s TGP detects the laser energy, he calls “Spot”
It’s a directive call to initiate a laser handoff.
