There's not a lot to do in palawan besides island hopping, swimming in the beach, cliff jumping, snorkelling and scuba diving. After that activities, not much you can do. You can do all of that in Cebu. Palawan also have a bad transportation no taxis, no grab, buses and vans are in bad conditions, no decent hospitals, no decent malls, boring night life and the food are not good. I’m surprised there is a 4-star hotel in Binondo. Most of the buildings there are dilapidated. Binondo and Escolta is like the old business district in Manila. Unfortunately, it was already left behind.
