What should be asked in obs Hx and what in the gynecological Hx please comment on that I think you mixed it up.

In gynecology history , you don't need to write obstetrics history ,every events...
Just you have to write number of children she has, and the age of last baby, and mode of delivery

How to assess the quantity of bleeding, like how do we know that it's a heavy bleeding?

Ask for the number of pads changed ... if increased or not ... this can give regarding quantity of bleeding as well

So after adding 7 days, we will in a new month, so then add 9 months from sep, 6th of sep + 9 months, will be 6th of June.
