Accelerator is not a lv6 yet. Furthermore, Kakine became all matter. For Accelerator to defeat him, only if he gathered all the dark matter and destroyed it. Something that is practically impossible for the current Accelerator to do. And Gunha never showed his full power, all we saw him do was fight Ollerus. Ollerus was stronger than the base Accelerator, so Gunha was definitely stronger than Accelerator without the magic buffs. Ollerus said that if Gunha understood his powers, he could clash with a magical God. Magic gods are equivalent to a lv6. But the others have no doubt that Accelerator would win.
Its hard to imagine that railgun does'nt stand a chance against accelerator even though shes so op. But she really dont, and so is the the rest of the level 5's

Therefore, Acc can't use his vector manipulating on Gunha (this is my opinion and hasn't been confirmed).

So he gets defeated, unless he has the resolve that his purpose to live is to protect them regardless of the world. 2. Kakine is vulnerable. He doesn't like a world where he's no. 2 3. Misaka before was discontent with Academy City. Then she became frustrated on meeting magic side, even after acquiring AAA. She is vulnerable. 4. Mugino is okay with everything in this world as long as mama Hamazura forgives her actions. Unless she's still longing for a world where Frenda lives, she'll be safe. 5. Misaki longs for a world where Touma remembers her. She a goner. 6. They want others to be the ideal versions of themselves. So they want to dictate terms in an imperfect world. A perfect world will render them (and their power) meaningless. So immune. 7. Finally Gunha is immune. Because GUTS. VERDICT: At max 3 espers can stay in the battlefield without getting instantly isekaied, and even their survival is not guaranteed if the dragons do whatever they want to. Maybe Accelerator can create a new set of laws to counter each dragon, but he'll be fighting for time against 17 of them. Given that JB arc in Railgun showed Uiharu do things to Angel Dragon (I hope it's THE dragon), there is faint hope of esper side winning. If Gunha keeps WR busy, while Misaki attempts to mind control him; and other espers (especially Kakine) become shields for Accelerator while he develops a set of laws to fight the dragons, 1 or 2 of them have some faint hopes of surviving. @@gracesylee5916 Kamijou with dragons might solo everything, and we don't know the upper limits of that power.
WR is a conditional power. Anyone who is dissatisfied with his/her current condition are susceptible to it. Also there's the case where we ask who attacks first: WR or an esper.
1. Accelerator is content with Last Order and his little family. But he also wants a world they will not be in danger. So he gets defeated, unless he has the resolve that his purpose to live is to protect them regardless of the world.
2. Kakine is vulnerable. He doesn't like a world where he's no. 2
3. Misaka before was discontent with Academy City. Then she became frustrated on meeting magic side, even after acquiring AAA. She is vulnerable.
4. Mugino is okay with everything in this world as long as mama Hamazura forgives her actions. Unless she's still longing for a world where Frenda lives, she'll be safe.
5. Misaki longs for a world where Touma remembers her. She a goner.
6. They want others to be the ideal versions of themselves. So they want to dictate terms in an imperfect world. A perfect world will render them (and their power) meaningless. So immune.
7. Finally Gunha is immune. Because GUTS.
VERDICT: At max 3 espers can stay in the battlefield without getting instantly isekaied, and even their survival is not guaranteed if the dragons do whatever they want to. Maybe Accelerator can create a new set of laws to counter each dragon, but he'll be fighting for time against 17 of them. Given that JB arc in Railgun showed Uiharu do things to Angel Dragon (I hope it's THE dragon), there is faint hope of esper side winning. If Gunha keeps WR busy, while Misaki attempts to mind control him; and other espers (especially Kakine) become shields for Accelerator while he develops a set of laws to fight the dragons, 1 or 2 of them have some faint hopes of surviving.
Then again, dragons aren't the only thing Touma has, so...
