I am having a difficult time finding the reset and the card slot on this product, please help!
On the bottom of the unit there is a sticker that hides the bottom compartment, you can either peel it back to recover or poke holes into the sticker so you can just unscrew whenever you want. When you unscrew the four screws you will see that the whole board slides out, when you do that you will see the micro sd card slot, the reset is on the end of the board before you pull out the circuit board. Tiny. Let me know if you have any other questions.
I set it up. But can I hook it to my phones network and not the home wifi. I set it up to my wifi network at home and now when I leave I don't get live feed
Hey Wayne, so even if the unit looks like ours, if it isn't using the same app it may not have the same capabilities, the app gives it P2P and Router connection. The one you see in the video it can connect directly to the phone (called a P2P connection) but the limitation is the amplification of the product, it can only transmit tops - 150 ft. Whether that is 150 ft directly to your phone or directly to your router it doesn't matter. The router or hotspot card or phone transmits it through the internet, and as we all know internet is the "World Wide Web". The router step is additional to the P2P connection, so first establish connection to your phone, then use the settings IN the app to pair with your router under wifi connections. Can I pair this in my home using my wifi and then place in my office or will I need to pair it using my office wifi?
So the small unit is only putting out 150ft of signal, which is pretty common for hidden cameras. That is how far it can transmit. So unless it gets to the internet within 150ft, you won't be able to view live. If you want the versatility of moving your USB Tower from home to work, I would suggest getting a 2nd phone (perhaps you have an old phone that doesn't work well laying around the house) set up the hot spot service on your 2nd phone and take it with your USB Tower; it just needs to be within 150 ft of the USB. Then you have your primary phone with you to watch the live feed. 1 internet source to get the feed to the internet, another internet source to view. Hope that helps!

My camera won’t pair the light never flashes fast only slowly no matter what I do. Any suggestions?
If you bought it from us we have a one year warranty. The unit does have a reset which is a tiny button on the inside (unscrew the bottom of the unit to expose the motherboard.
does audio works guys i have one but no audio thanks
They don't all have audio, ours do, if yours does have audio when you set up streaming and you see live-view, look at the bottom of the viewer, there is a speaker looking icon. Click on the speaker and the audio will turn on.
What is the origional password?
You may have a different unit, if it requires a password you are probably running lookcam pro, this unit does not have a default password
