Now, why can't we have more straight to the point tutorials like this? No false pretense, no self-glorification show offs...
Thank you, Shadow...I have seen the Light :D
Thank you so much for this! I had a template in 2008, but I lost it. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! No one else has done it this effectively. I remember burning in the wrinkles and blowing out the highlights like in the movie. I’m finally taking a digital photography class and this will blow my instructor away. ❤️
❤️
excellent tutorial....no talking..just words and perfect step-by-step instruction....don't stop what you are doing!
Holy crap I just learned so much about Photoshop in general by just watching this video!
20 youtubers didn't manage to follow this (simplified) tutorial ;)
Thank you Shadow
this tutorial is really the greatest ever! no superfluous speech ... just straight to the point giving clear directions in writing and right zoom in... Thanks very much indeed! Subscribing!
This is one of the best Photoshop tutorials that I have ever seen!
Thank you for a job well done. Easy to understand the principles of what you are doing because of how you took your time to explain each step and then execute it. Great teaching style. Subscribing now!!
Simply the best Dragan Effect tutorial on RUclips!
I love the way you prepared this tutorial , you made it so simple .thanks a lot
Great!! At first I was bummed that there was no voice telling you what to do...but it was perfect the way you did it thank you!!!
Great video! I have done this many times and one thing I like to do that might help enhance the facial details, is to take the burn tool and make it really small, zoom in tight to the wrinkles and work the tool over the wrinkles. It brings the wrinkles out more which is better than just taking the dodge tool over the skin and the wrinkles at the same time. When you do that, it makes everything dark, which is ok, but if you go in tight with a small burn tool, you can bring the wrinkles out even more.
As for the dodge tool on the eyes, the way Andrzej Dragan seems to have done it, is to bring out the whites of the eyes so they contrast with the dark skin. Zoom into the eye with the dodge tool at about 50% and work on the white, then back off and see if you got the effect you want.
+MrFreeman1776 in this video I spent more time to show many ways to improve the details, making a strong visual impact photo ruclips.net/video/0fJI0dqr9KY/видео.html
Excelente. Parabéns pela explicação simples e prática.
this is the only thing i learned right on photoshop cs5
yeah i agree... no nonsense... great upload getting some great results
Just Brilliant Couldn't have shown it any better. Looking forward to seeing more.
:)
Brilliant, thank you. Stumbled upon this when I was looking for HDR videos. Nice and easy to understand. Thanks again
in fact, like the light circles are made with a pen lazer hanging from the ceiling and the camera laying on the floor pointing up towards it set at like 15 second shudder speed, and you just give the pen lazer a little push so it moves in some kind of pattern.
Nothing beats a good ol' High Pass.
Good effect overall!
Thank you for this you made it very easy to understand and use
Fantastic tutorial! Simple and easily digestible :) . Keep up the good work!
Finnaly someone put it simple. Thank's
thanks.. easy and simple than the other tuts

Very good, clear and easy to follow. Thanks
Really well done, thanks! There's another guys who does really great PS work, but his videos are so annoying I can't watch them; thanks for the straight forward approach.
u are awesome so gud waow
thanks...that was brilliant...and easy to understand..cheers
no, this is a dragan effect inspired from the movie 300, to make the topaz effect you need the camera raw menu,
there is a way to do it for CS5, but you need adobe bridge, then just open an image with bridge, right-click on it and open the camera raw menu
Fantastic tutorial. Thank you.
maN U R AMAZING PLEASEEEEE KEEP GOING LIKE THIS YOUR STYLE IS THE BEST
great video and easy to fallow. I subscribed Thanks!
Thank you for this tutorial it was very helpful
Tried this tonight. Freaking Awesome! Thanks!
Very nice.
I tried it on a photo of a younger subject. The effect doesn't seem appropriate for younger subjects.
i've tryed with robert de niro portrait and it look stunning :D the wrinkles just stand out very nicely and the high pass helped a lot on that. but he has almost black eyes, so the dodge tool didnt work effectively, nice job man!! this technique is very cool for wrinkled faces ;)
Fantastic Tutorial Thank you
There is no wrong or right way to work in PS... however I would suggest using layers to apply those effects. It's none destructive and can give you access to tweaking later.
Very well done, I like the simplicity. Thanks!
Thanks, great tutorial, great effect.
thank you so much! :D i really like that you typed instead of talking as sometimes we do not have speakers or the voice is low or something... but the texts make it really easy... also... if possible,, can you put all those texts in the information as well? I mean,, i can copy them and make a print so that.. it will be easy for me to do this exercise just my looking at the paper sometimes... thank you! :D
So good. Thanks for posting. :-)
Good tutorial nice and simple for po folks like me.
video magnifico, come al solito sei grande!!!
Also a better way to dodge and burn is: New Layer> Overlay> 50% Gray> Then use Black, White, and gray at like 4% to dodge and burn on the new layer.
Просто супер
love this !

Good result and the steps are ok, too but why don't you work a little bit more non distructive?
Excellent tutorial! And I love this music. What is it?
Audionautix - Antarctica

I wouldn't say it's a scam...I was able to retrieve some sample pages from the pdf and he has some pretty neat stuff on there.....i was kind of wondering why i never thought of some of the things he did....but they are extremely simple to do....
Do you do Adobe AE tutorials?
Can you make a female Centaur in Photoshop ?
+dragonfire810 I will think about it
Dragan for Dummies(like me) THANKS!
can you do all this in photoshop lightroom?
you can do something like it, but you have to search "dragan effect lightroom" because you can't follow my video for lightroom
why dosnt mine look anything like as good as this?! lol
Did you guys learn about Photo Ultimate Kits? My friend play with it and he has turned into a photoshop expert overnight. Search it on google.
@tralay520 Yea, which is why it's kind of like a trick, simply because the way he says it convinces you to think like"Hey, that's real smart!" or like"why didn't I think of that", "hmm... Have nvr seen people do it like this before!"... ... Yea sure he wrote truthful and useful techniques, but all these fanciful ideas are pretty much what anyone can do!
it is suitable only for this foto
talk?
Hey there, have you heard about "photo SFX art" (just google it)? On their website you can watch a good free video featuring the best way to shoot fantastic photographs. It made it possible for Joe to create photos that leave you with a wow-effect when you take a look at them. Perhaps it will help you out too...
That misses the overspeedy gum chewing ununderstandable coast-slang 15 min long look-at-me actor perfomance preliminary speech we use bear in other tuts.
Hi there, have you come across "Photo SFXart Tricks" (just do a Google search for it...)? On their website you can watch a useful free video showing the right way to take outstanding photos. It made it possible for Matt to shoot photos that leave you with a jaw-dropping-effect when you take a look at them. Hopefully it will help you too...
nice tutorial
