- I've been trying to get Pango to move out of my island for weeks now, but she doesn't seem to take the hint. Well, I guess that means it's time to wreak more havoc and chaos upon her and other unwanted villagers... this time with pitfall seeds!

I understand that. I also love all the villagers like real people who have souls, otherwise I wouldn't spend £10 on an amiibo card for my favorite villagers. My point is I don't understand why people are getting so angry about pitfalling villagers. Pitfalls are a prank item so it's just supposed to be fun. But some people just want to find any excuse to get offended. Like jeeze. Calm thyself.

Since I learned the recipe for Pitfall Seeds, I've been doing this to Sherb the Goat, Bob the Cat, and Mira the Rabbit in particular.

Were those villagers there your auto-fill villagers given to you against your will? Pitfalling villagers (unlike hitting them with a net 3 times or pushing them for 8 seconds straight) won't affect your friendship points since it doesn't give you the option to apologize to the villager you upset. I could have done this to Boone whom was one of my two starter villagers until I let him go back in April when my house was still in the process of expanding, plus Beardo whom was given to me for my first campsite villager before I had to build a house for him, and also to Walt whom was one of my auto-fill villagers when selling some plots of land in the process - both of those guys I kicked off my island for Tybalt and Whitney via their Amiibo cards, respectively that same month.

None of the villagers you bullied aren't even that bad- Crackle, to me, is really cute
And if you REALLY want villagers to move out, just don't talk to them! Bonking them with your net or talking to them while their in the pit still count as interactions, so just ignore them, don't annoy them, don't go in their house for recipes and they'll be GONE! Same with pushing them around until they get mad/sad, just don't do it
Basically moral of the story if you want a villager gone, pretend they already are!
Its more fun to make it a goal to make them hate you. Plus I dont think thats true because I've had villagers wanting to move away literally the next day even talking to them. Ive had this happen multiple times

Looking at these comments and although i am a part of it this community is weird.
If I would’ve known about this sooner, I could’ve done this to Simon’s punk ass. Always whining, never does anything special, selfish and lazy. He even tried to leave off my island before we even tried to celebrate his birthday and he tried to leave again before my birthday at the end of last month.

Yeah you can! But you have to have a high friendship with that animal. Once you become good friends there will be an option to give the animal a gift when you talk to them. Otherwise you can just send them a gift through the post.
