The technique used here looks at least stable, as those tiles are held in on all 4 sides. (As opposed to the much less stable one of simply standing the flag tile up between 2 studs in the Saturn V set, as Nickolas Jackson mentions.) :)
It's still kind of bearable, it would have been a freaking nightmare if it was some 1x1, you would need to align all of them and a single f up would cause you to restart, (having flashbacks of the newer version of the guggenheim museum)
They need to make a bunch of ancient old sets, like The Parthenon, The Colosseum, The Pyramids at Giza, Chichen Itza, etc. I can't be the only one who wants this stuff right?
Really incredible I just really wished that the ornamental spire on top was a little smaller. On the side profile it basically goes over the edge of the grey plate underneath it....also those taxis are massive in theory
It is illegal. The thickness of plates is bigger than a distance between studs. To be honest there are 3 advanced/illegal techniques which are completely useless here.

I wanted this set but it was too expensive. That got me disappointed because that was my favorite building Edit: Finally able to afford it and it was worth it!

I like the little taxi cab's. I think they add a good touch to the building. Feels like you're in NYC.
