Wesley Tolbert here. I listened to this many times. I can never get enough. Thank you so much for your passion and hunger for the truth and to give it to all that will listen. My 14 year old son now who I have finally got on board to love and search more for himself this gem that has been given to us all who believe. By Grace Alone By Faith Alone In Christ Alone. ❤❤ty brother's
Thank you for this lesson of bible history of William Tyndale. It brought me to tears of thankfulness that God allowed William to translate the scriptures into English. Amen🙏🏻
I am in awe. The detailed facts of this story in Church History is clearly the work of God to build His Church! I so appreciate the way you included the early reformers like Huss and Wycliffe and later how you included information about Luther and Calvin into the historical context of Tyndale’s historical timeline. It’s such a broad reaching story made up of so many players and events that God elegantly orchestrated in several countries. The English reformation was such a hard fought and long battle…and William Tyndale was truly the father of the English Reformation. Thank you for sharing so many relevant details that brings this true story and its characters to life. Such as the brilliance and diligent scholarship of so many of these men of the reformation. The unlikely roles Arasmus, Tetsil and the greedy Pope of that time played in bringing about Luther’s role the reformation. The Gutenberg press and so much more. I am so looking forward to next week’s installment. I love the role that a Bible study and meeting place like the White Horse Inn played in the life of Tyndale and several other young men who became such zealous soldiers and martyrs in the English Reformation. You are doing such a great service to keep this important story alive and known to this and future generations.
What an incredible study Pastor Lawson of our Bible heroes before , at the beginning and throughout the Reformation Period. The life so far discussed of William Tyndale is amazing and all this points to God's Divine Plan to spread His Word. I can see and feel your passion for such a great and brave preacher that Tyndale was and how great an influence he's had on not only gifting us with modern English language but being instrumental in bringing to us The Bible in English on which we've been saved! Praise God for William Tyndale and preachers just like you, Dr. Lawson. You are a God-blessed preacher of His Word!
So, the Catholic church preceded the reformation? Tyndale was a Catholic before he became reformed? Is the word reformed automatically means Christian?

Thanks for this wonderful video.
I've read a lot of what's discussed, but had to hunt it down from various resources.
