I was scared and I ran for my life, and I actually out ran it and ducked under a table and hid, scared out of my mind. And what's floating around and occasionally peeking under the table? Why that demon mouse of course! My dad actually had to rescue me from the guy in the suit, who was, as previously mentioned, stalking and harassing a four - five year old me. I, to this day, have not gotten over my fear of mascot suits.
Also chuck e cheese was founded by Nolan buchnell the same guy who founded atari. And now days Atari sometimes distributes dragon ball games and funimation is also the American distributer of the dragon ball franchise.

You know I really think Funimation was onto something with this idea. And that engine cost more than my college education.....that....that is one IMPORTANT engine isn't it? O_o Dude, I'm going to start looking for more Chuck E. I'm a huge fan of the Rock afire Explosion(The animatronic band that plays in Showbiz Pizza Place) :) Despite I enjoy the CEC animatronic shows, I do enjoy the Rock afire Explosion shows more, so I already find Showbiz Pizza superior because of that. Other than that, both Showbiz Pizza and Chuck E Cheese are the same(pizza, games, and prizes), except in Showbiz, instead of Chuck E being the main mascot, Billy Bob the bear(Rock afire Explosion character) is the main mascot in Showbiz Pizza.

Last I was at a CEC they did offer overpriced table wine. It was only marginally better than the lousy pizza but the alcohol helped a lot. I wasn't driving so I didn't have to worry about overindulging, not that I really did.

If it was released in the same year as The Phantom Menace, they probably went with the space setting to rip off the podrace because it was being hyped as the standout scene of the movie...until we actually saw it, of course. Oh wow, I used to watch your channel years ago and didn’t know you reviewed this movie. This was literally in my recommended. I’m very fascinated with the history of Chuck E Cheese so of course I had to watch this movie in full. I watched it around a year ago and I can say with absolute certainty that it was one of the weirdest movies I’ve ever seen but I like it cause of how bad it is. It’s a movie I can watch and laugh at how bad it is. Kinda like Shark Tale.
Actually, speaking as someone who was dragged to Chuck E. Cheese as a teenager (younger sibling), I can tell you that Chuck E. Cheese's pizza BLOWS. (Some of the games are fun, but I can think of much better places to play them.)

Funimation is so weird.
I only went to Chuck E. Cheese once and that's because some friends of mine wanted to go. I didn't want to, but went along with it. So glad my parents never took me back!
I went to Chuck E. Cheese's at least twice. And, those animatronics scarred me for life.
When your movie doesn’t even have a dvd release you know we’re in trouble this movie has become so obscure that I’d be surprised to find anyone in 2021 who still remembers this movie

You wanna know another crazy thing about this movie this was actually made by funimation the same company known for English dubs of countless anime shows including dragon ball z, full metal alchemist and attack on Titan this was also the voice acting debut for Christopher Sabat the same guy who would later go on to voice several characters from dragon ball Z most notably Piccolo and Vegeta
Considering that many Chuck E. Cheese's locations sell beer (or some at least used to), it's safe to say that this movie's staff was drunk as hell when they made this film.
The articulated characters are amazing.

Last I was at a CEC they did offer overpriced table wine. It was only marginally better than the lousy pizza but the alcohol helped a lot. I wasn't driving so I didn't have to worry about overindulging, not that I really did.

Mr. Bobsheaux, you truly are talented, you came up with actual commentary for this review .........I wish I could do that, but for the love of god all I could do with this is just ask WHY? every 5 seconds. .........also just...theres intergalactic travel and knowledge of E.T. species, ...ill just politely assume that, that particular point is never explored or explained in any way shape or form.
If it was released in the same year as The Phantom Menace, they probably went with the space setting to rip off the podrace because it was being hyped as the standout scene of the movie...until we actually saw it, of course. So not only is this a ripoff, it was a ripoff of one of the most disappointing film scenes of the decade.
The plot to this movie sounds like something a person who's high as fuck would make despite the state he's in.

I’m very fascinated with the history of Chuck E Cheese so of course I had to watch this movie in full. I watched it around a year ago and I can say with absolute certainty that it was one of the weirdest movies I’ve ever seen but I like it cause of how bad it is. It’s a movie I can watch and laugh at how bad it is. Kinda like Shark Tale.

Actually, speaking as someone who was dragged to Chuck E. Cheese as a teenager (younger sibling), I can tell you that Chuck E. Cheese's pizza BLOWS. (Some of the games are fun, but I can think of much better places to play them.)
