Tbh machi, your pretty rigth on most of the stuff that you have said, especially the aa part. Even though aa was pay to win, ad has this different kind of pay to win thats not really that fun. In aa, you could still have really strong units that have decent traits and you could still grind out new content but in ad, if you have no good almightys, your litterally cooked
thats the problem with ad and als you need a good unit with a good trait (good being unique and their variants across the games) to have a chance to clear hard content unlike aa where you just needed strong units with decent traits

i really really agree with you, in anime adventures, some mythicals were still meta, thats why when that mythic noise plays when u pull a good mythical plays, u get a heart attack. in ad, you're like "oh, is it shiny? or you saying "mythic" in a dead voice. Now with the rerolls, in anime adventures, rerolls were p2w, however, they weren't dummy hard to get, rerolls were rare in anime adventures, thats why getting ANY mythical trait or even godspeed makes you scream, then you have anime defenders, you get a prompt to reroll of a "rare" trait, you sigh, it wasn't an almighty or a requiem.
what about the players who couldn't play for a large amount of time? Just fck em, right? AA was a great game, but it didn't give players who barely have time an opportunity to get any good units. while AD, because it's easier to get stuff like rr and myths, normal ppl enjoy it more.
I've been saying this from the start since the game released the whole point of anime tower defenses is to get your favorite character and use their cosmetic, ad completely earsed that factor. The economy just of the first update you could tell the game was cooked they tried to go for a Pet Sim booth style trading it doesn't work out for tower defense games. The game it self isn't in a great spot unless they ultimately make everything untradebale but limited units for cosmetic purposes and stats like AA the game will go downhill very fast especially after anime vanguard releases.
I quit playing anime defenders when they dropped Kaiju-8 or shadow dragon update. I didn't use any alts and didnt p2w while playing the game, so i had a hellish time grinding wish. So i just give up on grinding and quit.

They dont really have and a idea of what balance means and what makes a good tds game and they just care how much money they can rob to the player base by making the game less and less fun and more pay to win. Ill have to say AA was fun only when it first came out since it was a new unique concept with Fairy Tail erza lightning and you getting a chance to pull Jelly those made it fun but it became boring as they kept repeating it. Same with AD but only difference with AD is that it wasnt as fun to AA when it came out. 2. Then the part about RRs they both honestly feel the same when rolling unique or almighty you stull get happy af. Honestly I don't think AD is gonna die for a while, 150k-200k of its players are all bots/alt accounts, even during the 1 month content drought it constantly remained over 150k+ players, easily one of the most botted games ever on roblox. I might have to Agree as there are No new Banner Units,No New Traits and most importantly harder modes as such Athenyx Realm. I also spent over 100k Gems in all my Playtime trying to Summmon a Secret but only secrets i get are from Portals and these New items are such a PAIN to grind for
As soon as I learned how easy it was to get alts and inflate your acc with gems I knew this game would not go well I knew eventually the economy would fumble and it did, FAST, it was so easy for people with alts and money to get what they wanted At best I had two mythics as a level 70 because I only played sometimes, but I knew someone that got to level 10 and immediately bought almighty gojo, shadow dragon requiem and bunch of gems. Its not fun, it feels more than disappointing, "oh I got almighty finally" and it wasn't rare at all because everyone else had multiple, that was literally the requirement for anything I didn't care of how p2w AA was because the units were versatile anyway, and then getting rare stuff actually felt rare.

Honestly, fuck this game bruh ive been grinding hours just to see BOTS, bots that have like, every fucking secret whilst the trading hub just has overinflated secrets.
The fact that he's not wrong about all of this is pretty fucking sad. If AA were to come back I'd play it instead of AD because I have unfinished grinding, secrets are alot easier to get and not pay to win and the game feels better and has a better experience overall. I just got my first ever secret unit in Anime Defenders (Poseidon) and I wasn't even too happy about it cause I was too angry and stressed about the game and playerbase because of how charcoal burned cooked it is.
AD should stop updating or make the quality so ass NO ONE wants to play the game then just update the game out of the blue, give no codes and make shit actually good.

y'all remember when dio over heaven was one of the rarest units in AA and everyone would overpay for it well imagine he would be worth a 1000 rrls on AA well in this game he would sell at maximum like the price of darkness king or prbbly slime spirit queen like he is rare but with the inflation of gems well 1/3 of the player base could have it with gems but the main problem from the start is still that the InGame currency was and still is tradeable like if it was only worth rrls or other units it would be ok but prices went up so fast since the game started it started with 3 millions up to 77 Millions ( not even the rarest units ) like that's just crazy

Honestly I don't think AD is gonna die for a while, 150k-200k of its players are all bots/alt accounts, even during the 1 month content drought it constantly remained over 150k+ players, easily one of the most botted games ever on roblox. Till a better game comes out or they just quit the game entirely, I don't see it going down for a while sadly

•broken economy
•reroll simulator
•unnecessary updates (assthenyx realm proves)
•devs are bunch of ignorants
•easy progress (buy gamepass, sell for gems)

I might have to Agree as there are No new Banner Units,No New Traits and most importantly harder modes as such Athenyx Realm. I also spent over 100k Gems in all my Playtime trying to Summmon a Secret but only secrets i get are from Portals and these New items are such a PAIN to grind for

As soon as I learned how easy it was to get alts and inflate your acc with gems I knew this game would not go well
I knew eventually the economy would fumble and it did, FAST, it was so easy for people with alts and money to get what they wanted
At best I had two mythics as a level 70 because I only played sometimes, but I knew someone that got to level 10 and immediately bought almighty gojo, shadow dragon requiem and bunch of gems.
Its not fun, it feels more than disappointing, "oh I got almighty finally" and it wasn't rare at all because everyone else had multiple, that was literally the requirement for anything
I didn't care of how p2w AA was because the units were versatile anyway, and then getting rare stuff actually felt rare.
I agree honestly literally every player has 60 billion secrets 78 million mythics has every single legendary in the game not to mention there super ultra rare unit has almighty the rarest spirit in the game and there ranks is sss evolved etc. etc. and don't even get me started on ad RUclipsrs there content just sucks ass they be like "I obtained the super ultra rare unit" and they be putting the rarest ranks traits spirits on that sh*t like bro wtf the only acceptable ad RUclipsrs are sen or Koopekol

Roblox kids be saying “tower Defense games are supposed to be boring” and don’t realise stuff like PvZ, Battle Cats and Arknights exist.
Hell even Roblox has tower defense games that don’t involve you watching skibidi toilet and actually involve you playing the game, like Tower Galactica, or TDS, or TDX, they all have Microing, and rely on you to input tower abilities instead of just sitting still doing something else and waiting for the game to end

I think they need to make the new secrets obtainable by adding a pity to the 3 banners like they said they would n not just have us pray and hop we get the unit. And they need to make it easy for people without almighty. In order to beat the new world story u need a almighty unit or it's going to be hard for you

The fact that he's not wrong about all of this is pretty fucking sad. If AA were to come back I'd play it instead of AD because I have unfinished grinding, secrets are alot easier to get and not pay to win and the game feels better and has a better experience overall.
I just got my first ever secret unit in Anime Defenders (Poseidon) and I wasn't even too happy about it cause I was too angry and stressed about the game and playerbase because of how charcoal burned cooked it is.
