No need refines in subs for t1.

Refines on sub generals affect the troop in the sub not your main keep if that makes sense. so it's pointless to refine sub general gear.

I don't think that's really the best idea. Mainly cz you have to spend way more RSS to build sizable layers of T2 and T3
