Women and men need to be told that it is EXPECTED that all inappropriate behaviour WILL be reported. That whistleblowers will be protected. And powerful rich people will be held accountable if they abuse their positions. No ‘culture’ of tolerance or silence should exist. Women need to know that they must report these things immediately and that the law will protect them from recrimination by the powerful.
Sadly though the reality is that women and children are still not valued in society and are treated as hysterical, prone to exaggeration or lying, and are second class citizens. It's where gender equality failed and gender equity needs to be enforced, and people in positions to help, who don't, need to face the consequences of their choices and inaction.

In 2009, the Crown Prosecution Service, then led by Keir Starmer, elected not to prosecute him after claims he had sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl in Harrods. He denied all allegations against him and attended a voluntary police interview. Claims of sexual misconduct against the billionaire businessman were the subject of pieces by Vanity Fair in 1995, ITV in 1997 and Channel 4 in 2017. Is that early enough for you or enough times?

Funny how you didn't watch the documentary to discover any facts. Fayed was first accused of sexual abuse in the late 1980s, but the allegations did not lead to criminal charges. Hope that's historical enough for you?
Drag a twenty dollar bill thru a trailer park and you'll be amazed the things that happened.
Why drag trailer parks into this. Garbage people are in all levels of society. Money makes no difference.
Well you seem to have first hand knowledge of Trailor parks , most of us don’t , You can only speak to what you know ,
