The knife scene was epic.
I thought them undressing throughout the film was symbolic of them stripping down to the problem as individuals and together in their relationship.
Zendaya is so intelligent by the way she answers those questions relevantly
I love how Zendaya’s title for the zoom was her assistant Darnell 😂😂💓
That knife scene had me shook. Zendaya is building a great resume. And JD is very much his daddy.
22:40 Zendaya's response to that question was beautiful.
Great questions, such in depth answers. I could listen to Zendaya talk for hours about the nuances in this one project. I love that Sam addressed how Marie’s message is being overlooked by these strange reviews, that are centering him over these characters and amazingly talented actors when this was a collaboration.
This stood out to me, “He fights to win while she fight’s to be heard.” Exactly. This film was so well crafted and the behind the scenes narrative is also great, this unique style of equity in compensation. Acknowledgement and Appreciation. 🙏 Good message. Hopefully more films follow suit. 💗
The Mac and cheese scene when he’s asking her what is she mad about testifies to what Zendaya said about black women suppressing their emotions, for me.
the way john david starts his answers are so dead and then BAM he says the most inspiring thing
43:27 John David Washington was going to say this beautiful woman lol but he caught his self They always say the most beautiful things about each 💖🙌🏾
Really great acting I can't wait to hear what they was feeling
They are going to get a lot of Awards for this movie. John David so hot hot!!
Uh I guess zendaya was using darnell’s computer
😂😂😂😂why you say that ?
Because it literally says Darnell Appling on the computer she's using.
Who’s Darnell??
@@CC-dc6hv zendaya’s assistant/ best friend
Yes I immediately noticed and laughed
This movie was intense but incredible. I'm sure Zendaya is going to be at the AAFCA awards, and I can't wait to meet her.
The panel looks bored😭 Great interview tho! Great questions & answers!
Yea I loved the two questions, Malcom argues with the intent to win and destroy and Marie speaks to be heard *snaps* and “How did you use the character’s weakness as their strength?” *snaps snaps*
Loved every single second of this movie.. Zee and JD give their all and it shows! 👏👏👏
Eman reviews sent me here. I have my 🍿ready.
My favorite scene when Marie joins Malcolm on the Patio and plays Dionne Warrick.
Really enjoyed this. Such beautiful and honest souls. I aspire to be as vulnerable in my work as both of them. Thank you for this.
The Best💜
Emans movie reviews directed me here!🖤
Can we have a part two!
3:42 Zendaya | I stan
💯
Is it just me wondering why Zendaya‘s name is Darnell Appling😅
Who's darnell?
Her assistant, but she says he's also like a brother to her.

Sam Levinson is a mediocre storyteller. Even Euphoria is only good because of the cast, cinematography, and music.
But without his story, these actors and professionals wouldn't want to be a part of his productions. So, he can't be that bad. I've seen MUCH MUCH worse.
Actually, I really liked his storytelling. It was refreshing.
@@TheCinderellaPrincess mediocre doesn’t mean unappealing 🤷🏾♂️
@@vaughnamir.6457 Eh, not so much. If the storytelling is mediocre the rest can't do much to make up for it. The writing is the base of the story and the acting, music, and filming will fall short if that doesn't work. If it's appealing despite the mediocre storytelling, it's no different from 90% of television. But from what I hear from critics, Euphoria doesn't fall under that umbrella. And they couldn't care less about what's appealing.
@@vaughnamir.6457 By mediocre, do you mean the argument itself?
Kinda agree.
