My son alan lives in Austin texas for 25 years & I have gone over for a lot of these years & i'v gone to see Dale watson every time i'v been there allways a fantastic show in jinney's by the way I know he has moved he know longer in texas that's sad he is missed I'm from & live in ireland...but I have my memories & pics of Dale which I treasure 🥰💖💖

The girl can't sing. Just because you are pretty and wear expensive, custom made outfits, doesn't make you a good singer. Dale, you're talented. If you are going to bring the girl you're sleeping with onstage, make sure she has talent! As much as you want to believe she can sing because she looks the part, she simply cannot. There are a few songs where she can disguise the fact that she can't carry a tune, like on the quick fast ones. But the songs that require an extended note, she suffers on. Not trying to be rude for no reason, but seriously Dale... people come to see you, and they have to TOLERATE her. Sorry, it's the truth. Sad, cause if you got a chick up there that could actually sing, it would be a great combo. Note to all women who are beautiful: Make sure you can actually sing too, or maybe even play an instrument too! Just because you LOOK the part, doesn't make it appropriate. I can see from the other comments that I'm not the only one that feels this way. Dale, you are pretty much a legend in the south. Don't dumb your show down!
