I'm a regular watcher of your channel, Martin, but I come back here today for some peace and respite from the problems in my home country (UK), and an escape from bad news and negativity. As always, your music is having the desired effect. Thank you so much for your music.
Thanks for your kind words! I am glad, that you find as much comfort in listening to my music as I find in making it. I still like the UK and hope to be back soon! I met a lot of lovely people on my bike tour.
Having this music running on good headphones while watching a 4K nightly walk through Tokyo by Rambalac. A real daydream-traveling, soothing and meditative. ❤
Simply beautiful, as always. Neptun sure seems to be loving this one! Thanks for such awesome music, Martin. I don't know how you keep coming up with such incredible works of genius. Your imagination never ceases to amaze. Hi from Wulfy in Ontario, Canada. Long time no see. Pats for Neptun.😘
Thank you so much Martin, and greetings to Neptun from another cat lover. Your summer break must have worked wonders as I think this is some of your best music so far. Really love this one!
It takes a co-ordinated musician to play a keyboard with one hand and pat a cat with the other! Great track, as always - Part 4 reminds me of my favourite Robert Rich album "Electric Ladder" :)
Started using the "hybrid" set up today. I really like DAW (Maschoine MK3) but added a Hydrasynth for sampling/bouncing sequencing to audio tracks. Gives me just the rights balance to move between the software environment and the hardware world :)
Interesting this, I want to see if I can mix two DAWs crossgrading logic pro w/ Bitwig 5, I have some hardware but want to know what one can do with DAWs ,and hardware ( Elektron) in combination. Good Luck to you!
Hi Martin, thank you for sharing your knowledge and of course your music. If I could make a stream topic suggestion, it would be great to hear/see your workflow for playing a live set. Thanks again, much respect from New Zealand
Incredible, deep and lush sounds! I love watching your workflow and the MPE on the push looks like fun! Do you prefer your livesets composed and performed in ableton because of the push integration? I know you are also a fan of Bitwig for good reason as well.
@@MartinStuertzer I feel the same way. I have been using Bitwig for a lot of composing in the last 10 months but I just can’t gel with the live performance aspect of it as I also use push 2. Thanks for the response and thank you for the consistent inspiration!
Yes! Beautiful Martin. Back to Ableton? Also I did something crazy and it put to rest some thoughts I’ve had. I bought one of your albums and ran it through Tonal Balance Control (if you’re not familiar it’s a izotope plugin that shows frequency ranges of various genres in real time as a guide to mix/master). Leo and behold your music fits not one of the given genre targets (which is great there is no “ambient” preset). But now I have a Martin Spaceport preset lol.
Thank you! Mixing and mastering is a very delicate topic. My philosophy is to use my ears and arrange the sounds in a way, that I like them. I don't work with izotope, but using references is a very good idea.
lovely set, please consider doing a session demonstrating your use of Ableton Martin! I would love to see how you utilise the software for creating such endless ambient sequences. Thank you for this share!
It just occurred to me that the name organ represents an instrument you play at church and also a member of our physical body that has a distinct purpose. I believe you are playing this organic physical organ as we speak! and all the organs and you are in a symphony playing this external symphony on your electronic organ system
Hi Martin - great music as always. I find your streams very educational - can you perhaps include what is on your monitor as one of the views that you cycle through? It is useful to see instruments, settings, effects, etc. Looking forward to the birthday session.
Pure enjoy-ment again - thanks for sharing your music ! I just wondered if you have experimented setting the base frequency to 432 hz ? Any thoughts on that?
@@MartinStuertzer Well there's a lot going on around 432hz, geometry and harmonics ... on a synth you can only decrease from 440hz (the arbitrary standard) to 432hz globally, the distances between each key are fixed... it could/should already change the listening experience, so I wondered just if you had experimented with it..
Love these sets! So smooth. I had a question on the Push...is it possible to create what you did in Part 1 just on the Push? Or does it require additional equipment? I'm having processing issues with my iMac and looking for a better option to just create some seamless pads.
Great set! I always wondered, what desk are you using? I need my center shelf that high for desktop synths also without a center supports on the shelf. Thanks in advance!!
Hello Martin, i hope you read this. I have a question on how do you sync all of your instruments. For me all of this is pretty new and im trying to make music and want to end up having multiple synths like you have. Now i have a beatstep pro, Minifreak and keylab 61 running on ableton. But i want all of my hardware to follow the bpm that im setting in ableton, can you help me?
This is a rather comlex topic, that I can't completely answer in one comment. I my setup I use Ableton to sequence all notes. I don't use external sequencers of other synths because it can be hard to keep them running in sync. Theoretically you can enable "sync" in Ableton's midi menu to send a midi clock to any device, that is connected with USB or Midi.
@@MartinStuertzer Thank you for you reply, i will try to figure it out and hope one day i understand how this all works, like i said i'm very new to the whole synth world.
Ja, ist es! Ehrlich gesagt so mittel.

I did!!🙂
I love your work and love your relationship with your cat...you are both very special 💜💜
YAY 🥰... I am not Heinbach, but It's Good To Have You Back
Guter Insider!
Great comment!
Martin and Neptune are my fave parallel universe where these jams outlive starsystems! Gratitude🤗🙏😇
Awesome stuff, fellow cat lover.
Super!🐱 Katzisphere!

Hello Neptun. 😺You too, Martin. Luscious sounds. Thick and creamy. 🙌🏻

I’d love to be your cat and listen to all that soothing sound!😊
Beautiful set Martin 💜
Thank you so much for this Martin. Watching you and Neptune are one of my favorite things on RUclips!
I think this was definitely one of your best. So much motion and rich beautiful tones and harmony.
Cheers Martin another beautiful journey into sound!! ❤
Part 3 is sheer bliss...Thank you Mr. Stürtzer 🤩
The producer sits quite close evaluating the outcome 😻
Really missed the concerts. Great to have you back. 😎🎧🎶🎵
Absolutely 😊
Beautiful, calm, airy, spacey...... well done.
Tha was wonderful martin. Danke Schoën ❤
Wow this is fabulous music, full of beautiful moments. Thank you.

Thank you! I also believe that a little break can set free new ideas.
This is by far, one of my favorite sets. I just love the blending. Well done.... As always. Thank you
Thank you!
Great set. Sounds awesome. Whenever I try to stream with a cat in the room, they pull some shenanigans that get them kicked out of the studio.
Greetings from Spain 👏👏👏
Good night and thank you ❤
Great as always. Thanks for sharing this awesome stuff here!
This was epic Martin! It is always incredible to work with your sounds in my ears
loved it, thanks so much, yet again...
Fantastic! Absolutely great stuff! Thanks so much.
Beautiful tracks, wonderful set!
Ach Danke!
lovely, part2 is my favorite
I have particularly enjoyed this concert and not only because Neptun is around for the entire set.
Good music to write software too, thank you.
Neptun did a great job on this one! What have you been writing?
A custom database system
Super Musik!
Super sound 👍🎵🌟🎹🌈💫
Beautiful music
I rarely look out to a monday... Except when I can enjoy the fabulous sounds during work. Thx Martin (and I think my boss will thank you too)! 🥰
Fabulously inspirational!
Sensibilidad y sentimientos. Gracias por compartir.
Looking forward!
Love this Martin! sorry i missed it live, hoping this will be available in the near future for purchase too!!
Thank you Martin, you made my day!
SUPER
You're a source of inspiration Herr Martin
Dankeschön!
Sorry, gonna miss the premier of this one, will catch up later...good to see you back tho!

Es träumte mir,
Ich sei dir teuer;
Doch zu erwachen
Bedurft ich kaum.
Denn schon im Traume
Bereits empfand ich,
Es sei ein Traum.
Martin , there s an instrument on this set that you keep playing ... it s black and white and moving on the desk ... ;)
It sounds like PURRfection.

Good news! I am going to launch a new Bandcamp page with all music from all home concerts. More info soon!
@@MartinStuertzer Great news indeed ! Looking forward to this :)
the synth cat
Play good music and brush the cat's fur at the same time. That's what I call multitasking 🤣
