First encounter with Takeda Shihan - AKI Aikido Kenkyukai International

A friend recently unearthed this short video of my first meeting with Yoshinobu Takeda Shihan (AKI - Aikido Kenkyukai International). It was taken at an Easter Gasshuku in Canberra, Australia, when I was just 19 years old. Nearly 20 years later, I'm still trying to relax my shoulders... :)
