So mas naaabsorb ko yung teaching kaysa naman sa yung teacher mo hindi ieentertain question mo because that professor only knows the language that they are teaching, so where's the connection there? Just to give you more of an idea of what I'm talking about. I entered a chinese school when I was a kid. For 8 years, I was required to "study" both mandarin and the other chinese language (yes 2 chinese languages). In that 8 yrs. , I wasn't able to learn anything other than the numbers and some characters here and there. Why it was ineffective? Because our teacher wasn't explaining what's going on in our own native languages. They were just there doing their own monologue in mandarin. Considering that we were kids too. It was a difficult process. More info that I can associate with this is TeamLyka ata name ng youtube channel wherein she is discussing a wide spectrum of subjects. She is using taglish so it is relatable and easy to understand. She is covering english grammar and other subjects too. Middle/common language is important. Imagine doing it in reverse. Native Spanish speakers trying to learn Tagalog language. Tas I will just bluntly speak in tagalog since I dunno spanish. So goodluck learning something if this is the method. Slow process.
