    Hi! I am extremely indecisive when it comes to choosing from different options when I am really excited about buying an item (such as a budget planner). So I decided to just use a notebook I already had and this video showed up on my feed!
    Thank you so so much
    Also, this is my very first time budgeting (first full-time job, apartment, etc.) so I’ll try this out for a year and if I stay persistent I’ll reward myself with a fancy budget planner later 😄

      Loving the series. The budge breakdown is awesome! Now I know where my money is going. Those hidden expenses. Thank you.

      Yes this method is perfect . Inexpensive, no stikers and every month you adjust or change wherever you need. 👌

      No need it. Congrarularions just start with low %$ for savings and little by little increase the amount .I was negative -$ and start slow with 1% the good thing is start saving some % of your money. 🙂

    i wanted to thank you for your videos. I'm very ashamed of my debt, even though i keep accumulating on it....(smh). your openess and realness on your debt amount, how you put it out there help me face the actual number of my debt. i was afraid to see that number in black and white but seeing you put it out there for us to see helped me be brave and to face it also. Thank you for this video and the courage you gave me to face my debt and the true number i need to confront and start paying down.

      Isn't it just wild how things pop up in your feed on social media?? Like you were definitely supposed to see exactly what you just saw. I have been out of work for 7 months and I am accumulating so much debt. I don't have the extra money for a new planner so I'm using my Mead, single subject, spiral notebook for my planner. I can't draw a straight line if you payed me, but I'm going to try.
      Thanks ❤️

    Been searching for days for a good idea of what to include in the budget planner I am trying to lay out. This is BY FAR the most useful information I have found! I am making my own pages for an old happy planner cover/discs/dividers but using your layout as a guide.

    I prefer the pen and paper approach. When you write items down on paper it helps you think more about your budget. You can open up that notebook anywhere you are without needing to rely on a computer which is a nice bonus.

    Just found you and love your simple budget setup planner. I do a similar thing but use a bullet journal purchases from Amazon or Walmart to accomplishing planning. I also use excel to keep the budget over if balances and account information and print out and clip in the journal. Love these videos and I’ve subscribed to your channel

    When I started budgeting, I called all my credit cards and asked them to change the due date to the latest possible day. Now for all my cards the due date is the 28th of each month

  • @aurorasanchez7922
    @aurorasanchez7922 Год назад +2

    Nice I do the someting, I put my monthly payments in secuence they due date. That way is easy if you get pay weekly, byweekly or monthly. That way you start paying in sequence and know who much money to rollover for the next payments🤑

    I do like your system but the only drawback is if im being honest is you need to print a little larger and be more specific with your entries its hard to see it. But i got a lot of good ideas That I did not see in other RUclipsrs budget videos I too started my own notebook because I couldn't find one that really met my needs

      Thank you for still being here and watching. I'm glad you were able to take away something for you budget notebook. Good luck with everything ❤️

    If you are already writing down daily expenses and recording monthly set bills. Why would you need a breakdown?

    • @apurposefulbudget
      @apurposefulbudget  Год назад +1

      Are you referring to the budget overview/master list page? That's to have a dedicated area to refer back to when budgeting. I budget biweekly so having something to refer back to with the dates and bills helps me plan better. This was especially helpful for me when I was first learning how to budget.
