John's menu was so heavy and the taste would be kept in your mouth to the next meal. Christine's menu is perfect circle for a big meal. Begin with clean your tounge, main for protein, and the last for clean your tounge again with ginger and lemon flavor. Ginger flavor is so special to warm up and improve your emotion.

Pho is both light and fulfilling at the same times, with meats and vegetables too. Desserts tend to be more in natural sweetness like coconuts, sugar cane juice.
It’s a shame Josh had some demons in his life that took him from this world. He seemed like a super nice guy and his cooking skills were really first class. Who knows where his skills in the culinary world could have taken him. R.I.P.
