I was originally planning to watch just the first five or ten minutes of this video and then watch the rest later. However, I was so absorbed in the scenery of London (even with the heavy rain) that I ended up watching the whole thing without realizing how much time had passed. Time always flies when you're having fun. Thanks for making another great video!

First part of the video brought back some memories of me and my wife's visit in 2010! First you passed the store front for Radio Days (RIP), where we bought her aunt a vintage pair of gloves. And then a minute or so later you were at the Crown Vic theatre -- if you'd turned right instead of left, and gone down a block or two, you would've passed Masters Superfish, a fish and chips joint recommended to us by our cabbie one evening! And yes, we did ride the Eye. Thank you so much for this.

My husband & I had the opportunity to visit London in September 2019. Although we were only there for 5 days before we had to move on to the next part of our Europe trip, those 5 days were awesome!
The London Eye was a must see on our list of things to do so thank you for passing by it & reminding us of our amazing time!

That's gotta be one of the 2 days recently that London flooded - each time a month of raining falling in 24 hrs, or 2 weeks worth in an hour

As an outsider before, I think the indoor coffee or quick soups seats are not enough for outsiders when walking along the streets for businesses and tourists. Stay for half an hour or some hours then keep walking again, walking about 8 hours per day inside the city. But not all would do that for healthy 😆 haha
HDR is superb.
I hope this wasn’t too hard a walk on such a day- but for us watchers it is very atmospheric and absorbing, a good day for a pot o tea☔️🫖❗️

My family and I have been living in London since March this year, originally from Peterborough, we definitely prefer it here, we've been wanting to move here since 2014, so it's great that we finally got round to doing it, woop woop
that's nice to hear. London is by no means perfect but there's always a lot of 'wouldn't live there if you paid me, it's a sh*thole', etc. type comments. Born and bred Londoner here but I think big city living is OK for a lot of people if they get their circumstances and timing right.

I'll admit to having a giggle at everyone lined up at the Eye. The rain seemed to get particularly heavy then.

The Eye not even worth the bother. A real tourist trap.
@@ds1868 I booked a 3 for £50 package a few weeks ago. London Eye, London Dungeons,and Madame Tussaud's waxworks so it was not bad. I went to the Eye and Dungeons on the day after this video was shotand the weather was superb.

I was on the London Eye at 10 past 2 on Thursday 29th July and the weather was glorious so I think you have the date of this video out by a day. I got soaked going to Madame Tussaud on Wednesday 28th. It also rained on and off on the Friday but not as bad as in this video.

I was feeling a little too warm earlier... this cooled me down nicely!!😁 I felt so sorry for those people standing in the queue for the London Eye... oh hell... just when a smidgen of normality resumes and they get to do what they want, the universe drowns them like rats!😭 Did you manage to stay dry?

I can't say the rainy weather was a turn off for me looking from the distance of a dry living room. Also there was some sense of familiarity having visited London on a couple of occasions though not the locations filmed. This perspective however did however fill me with a sense of stress. I've been caught outside in the rain several times before and never felt as I do now. I do not live in or near London but if this was my introductory visit, I don't think I would be back. PS I live in Kentucky USA.
