Furthermore, it would also be great if you could draw customizable curves (like bezier) with control points to keep a smooth flow edges (instead of pencil drawing them) in the boundries when changing U/V spans and edit them afterwards to your liking. Really love your work! has great potential.
Do I have to manually configure the node at startup? If I can skip the node configuration and bring up the zirail window with the icon I would like to buy it.
You don't have to "bake". What you see here are "normal" polygons. You can use at any time the default Maya commands. To get rid of the "color state" juste deactivate the vertexture viewport by clicking "toggle" with the mesh selected in the ziRail UI or Renderer>viewport 2.0

We did our best, the Maya Api can be tricky sometimes but looking at the end result it was worth it.

There is no need to configure any node. The interface send the datas to the node directly. It acts like a built-in Maya node.

I don't know how to delete unwanted poly
ziRail outputs normal polygons at the end, nothing else.
With that being said you can use the Maya's built-in tools to delete, cut, collapse etc..
