Just had a thought. Could, under the "no other option", the plastic backing sheet be used as a second chest seal if taped on three sides? Obviously, multiple chest seals is the best situation.
I'm not trained, but do you check the back for an exit wound (if sucking chest due to gunfire) then vent the chest and use something else to cover exit wound? I have two Hyfin Vent entry/exit seal. I suspect one is for that purpose? Didn't want to open it. Thanks
