- 6 minute duel on Roadside vs. Crafter of Power with commentary. This video will explain how we play with the Tournament Mode setting and what strategies we use to control the fight. It's possible upcoming ranked will be something along these lines. I'd say Crafter won more games in our set and I think this game is one of the better ones.
Shotgun Farmers is $10 on Steam. The main mechanic is that your missed shots grow into the ammo/guns you pick up later to continue fights. The maps have item, hp, shield, powerup pickups. TDM, Team Objectives, FFA, the game's pretty frag heavy.

addendum 3/20/21 - a couple times in the video you'll hear my opponent, Crafter, emoting and playing his banjo. The reason he's doing that is for the extended view the emote camera gives. One could use it to peak around corners. What a smarty!

Why would the duel mode take away armors? Seems like that takes away alot of the map control strategy in a game like this
right now ghost pepper and shields spawn every 30 seconds. ghost pepper effect last 15 seconds, so there's about 15 seconds of time in between to make your move. i think it's a deliberate design to keep those major items respawning so quickly for team modes or a more casual FFA. lately i have been seeing FFA duels and they are different in pacing and the routes you run on the map will be different. depending on the map, being out of control and getting back into the fight can be a slow climb when you're fighting ghost pepper but flamethrower and gromato both start to shine more as they're good counters to the invisbility powerup.
also want to add that duel with ghost pepper and shields is valid and not any lesser skilled match compared to tournament mode but from a spectator's POV, watching someone control the ghost pepper cycle isn't the most exciting. players may prefer tourney mode over tdm/ffa duels because there's less of an emphasis on map control and more on mechanics. still, tournament mode has a lot of map control involved already.
