Be careful when just adding any image found on a Google image search. Just because you can copy & paste it doesn't mean it's legal to do- always check the usage rights

Sure - just upload your video to Google Drive, share it "anyone with the link can view" and then use the from Drive option in the Insert tab to select the video file. Sites will embed it for you.

Not a dumb question but if you are referring to a domain name, no, you don't need one to use google sites. The "site link" would be used to direct people to the Google website you would create.

Once you publish your website, how long does it take Google to index it: weeks...months....never? What can be done to expedite indexing?
