I've seen plenty of interviews with Phoebe where she's clearly a bit (or more) uncomfortable, and/or the interviewer doesn't seem all that genuinely interested in her work or what she has to say or think, so it really does my heart good to see how much she and Seth actually get along and respect each other
I don't understand why she is not performing at the grammys. She is easily one of the best artists of 2020 including the weeknd and taylor swift.

Phoebe Bridges is one of the few musicians whose covers of songs manage to stand with the originals, yet still be distinct. Her version of John Prine's “Summer's End” captures the melancholy of the original, but my favorite of her covers is of Tom Waits' heartbreaking “Georgia Lee”.
I am so proud it's like unimaginable, I became such a huge fan RIGHT when covid hit and I couldn't have gone through that without her music, as well as the rest of covid. Now look at her she's a full on celebrity. It shouldn't be surprising but it makes me so happy and excited for her. SHE brought us through this year
I empathize with her, my neighbours are really making quarantine hard for me, they are super loud talkers, they have phones ringing at every possible hour, they often spend the night talking and pacing about, and somehow are able to keep messing around all morning anyway, even though they don't seem to ever sleep.
They are both 80 btw.

it does get kind of funny sometimes tho. like, last year, it was the middle of the night, full-on pandemic times of course, plus a thunderstorm. at one point an earthquake starts (luckily with no consequences, as we found out later), and I hear the lady behind my bedroom wall go, as clear as if she were in the same room as me: "mio Dio, qua ogni giorno ce n'è una!", which means "my God, new trouble every day!". Not scared in the slightest, just calmly stating a fact at 3 am. It made me burst out laughing.
jeez hope you are in a better place, I'd go nuts as I have very light sleep and get annonyed at any noise. hang in there!

Great interview & enjoyable Grammy show but certainly utterly outrageous that both Mickey Guyton & Phoebe B did not receive crystal clear deserved awards... (not to mention massive missed opportunity for an EVH All-Star Mandatory tribute), that even Phoebe could've jammed on⚠️
The one righteousness that could've been made would've been for already over the top award winners like Beyonce, T.
