@@sh0ts420 bullshit. I played both and csgo is way easier with spray. It of course would take some time to get used to but overall csgo is the way easier game. Everyone who says something else is just a csgo fanboy whos crying that his favorite game dies.

Now way valorant players are winning. The two games are very much different. It is not that hard to use agent abilities, albeit using it essentially requires practice. However, csgo util requires some knowledge of lineups to properly use them, and each players have almost the same utils much different to how valorant players main one or more agents. This will be the main problem factors favoring the csgo players aside from map knowledge

I think people have a pretty weird expectation from the cs GNs. Its not that theyre boosted, but that Silver and Gold Nova actually has a fairly thin line of difference. This is especially true for the current state of the game. Even MGs and LEs play worse than they used to a couple years back. I think using csgo players with a faceit elo would be a more accurate depiction for these types of faceoffs.
But Valorant gold is a total joke lol

@@TheInfectous idk what server u are in, but as someone from asian servers gold novas are basically silvers that somehow didnt place in silver after their placement matches
They sweep the floor with their guns and use utility as often as I use the radio station on a car. Most importantly, they just keep fore buying
@@BBCjer - Really? I was Supreme in CS:GO and still trying to get out of gold in Valorant. I would say gold novas are total newbies in CS but can be ridiculously good in Valo gold.
The biggest difference in the gunplay is that CS players spray and crouch way too much in val. Shroud said it, he plays val too much like CS and sprays when he should be tapping/bursting. You just can't shoot first then rely on spray control, you need to hit your first few shots or you're relying on not getting bad rng.
Yeh in CS the spray pattern is set and does not change for each burst that's why they commit to the spray
I also come from cs but I adapted to the strafe taps really fast. My friend however still commits to the full ak spray down on the vandal anytime he sees someone.

It's because in CS, you can crab walk without an accuracy penalty and spray control is easier when crouching so you can commit to a crouch spray in CSGO, but there's crab walking accuracy penalties in val + movement is really slow when crouching so you can't commit to crouch sprays in val.
@@gamr1902 cs absolutely has an accuracy penalty while crouch walking. It's always had it ever since 1.6

I love how Valorant Curios made the same video yesterday, but it was the best csgo players vs Radiants
The only problem is that, radiant players are in the top 500 and are the best players in valorant, but global elite players in csgo are no where near the best players in the game, In csgo people who are good at the game plays on 3rd party websites such as faciet to not encounter cheaters, therefore having 5 faciet level 10's vs 5 radiants would be more of a fair fight than 5 global elite players that r just silvers with more hours.

I would like to see more freecams in these types of vids, embrace the chaos
so in cs the ak spray pattern's first 5 or so shots will just go straight up so you shoot then start crouching it helps with landing your shots right where you want them. You would just need to keep your crosshair in one spot and slightly pull down. Also crouch peaking, when you swing and then start crouching, the crouch mechanic in cs would allow you to come to a dead stop. Some people suck at counter strafing and most people are pre-aiming head hight. If you were to straif out left and let go of "A" it would take a second to stop but you crouched after letting go of "A" you would immediately stop allowing for you to be 100% accurate with your first bullet. And yes, this is a bad habit to do in csgo as well as val it's not something you want to do every time you peak for every gun fight you really want to pick and choose when it will be beneficial.

It would be interesting to see them play both games but the CS players would dominate in their game because Valorant mechanics are easier versions of CS. Val players probably wouldn’t counterstrafe on every movement input and would have a tough time with the sprays

@eggwick crouch spray was valid strat in cs when i played, so it's not so much a bad habit as it is in valorant

I would like to have matches in csgo but if you want to keep doing them in valorant, maybe make it so they only play kay/o with maybe brim so that is more like cs rather than valorant and we can see more of the skill differences between the two

I can easily win matches at MGE but I get curbstomped at Gold. Was stuck at Valorant Silver last act. I lost my CS rank and got re-placed at GN2 and I pretty much am a smurf. Literally no one uses their util so you can't expect them to win a Val match especially because Valorant is just util + shooting.

crouch spray/ peaks in cs go are verry powerful and are not always a bad habit. csgo has higher movement speed and a more consistent recoil. so when you swing into a crouch you can usually force a difficult shot for an enemy while you yourself can still spray accurately almost instantly

@@HanaIsHere. Its not fair in any way since being a CSGO player isn’t relevant if you are also a Valorant Player. The fairest way would be to have a match in some third game they’ve either never played before or have the same amount of experience in with mechanics resembling both games, but it’s not like this is supposed to be a reliable form of testing skill since they are playing Valorant not doing different tests like reaction time and aim. There are a lot of problems that make this video idea not that viable for testing anything. But, it is just a fun video to see what happens so not like any of that matters.

In csgo, "crouch spray" is kind of something u can do almost every fight
The recoil is the exact same everytime when standing still so crouching allows u to be able to control much easier
In valorant there is rng spread but crouching reduces the rng, meaning after a few shots the rest are a roll of the dice making shooting a few times then moving much better at long distace
While you would probably also do this in csgo, crouching isn't completely off the table like it is in valorant because IT AINT RNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The rng spray, millions of flashes, and generally worse map design makes me much perfer csgo

why crouch spraying? mostly bcz crouching while spraying in csgo give you better spray control. since csgo is older than val, and most val early adopter came from csgo, that habit also came along.
