[SUB]Omelet or omelet. Somewhere..(feat. I lost to eggs...)

    The omelet that's dripping was hard for you, wasn't it? (Will try again lol)
    [Ingredients]
    Eggs, spam, green onions, carrots, minced garlic, instant rice
    [Seasoning]
    Salt, pepper, commercial rose sauce, mayonnaise, oyster sauce, butter
    [How to make it]
    1. Chop green onions, carrots, and spam for fried rice
    2. Stir-fry vegetables in oil first and then spam
    3. Stir-fry instant rice or rice with vegetables and spam,
    adding 1/4 oyster sauce and a little pepper!
    3-1. When the fried rice is ready, make sure to eat the egg
    omelet time!
    4. Break the eggs and mix them well!
    (about 3 eggs per person)
    *TIP: Sieve the beaten egg and make it soft
    5. Grease the pan and preheat itWell.
    5-1. Pour egg water and cook it until it is soft like
    scrambled eggs
    5-2. Tilt the pan and roll it as if you are pushing it
    5-3. I have to turn the rugby ball upside down to make it
    look like it' (I messed up here too!!!)
    *TIP: While making scrambled eggs, you have to
    reduce the heat completely, and if the amount of
    eggs is too small, it doesn't work!
    (I'm going to try again!)
    6. You can use tomato sauce or whatever sauce you want
    for commercial use.
    6-1. Put a little bit of butter and add 1/4 of the sauce
    bottle. Season 1/2 cup of water, salt and pepper and
    bring out the concentration
    7. Put the omelet on the pre-made fried rice, pour the thick
    rose sauce and finish it off!
    8. A spoonful of soft omelet rice with rose sauce makes
    me want to make it again! Enjoy your meal!

    볶음밥 할때 햇반을 그냥해야 보슬보슬 해지는군요 좋은 정보 얻어갑니다~

    맞아요. 볶음밥은 찬밥이 진리죠. 그나저나 칼질이랑 스냅이 예사롭지 않으시네요 ^^

      어릴때 엄마는 찬밥으로 볶아야 맛있는걸 아셨던걸까요.. 빨리 써야하니까 하셨던걸까요? 허허헣
