It is absolutely difficult to be transparent and I appreciate your transparency here. Even more now than ever, I feel so many days where I feel like I’m at the bottom and I’m trapped. Running was something I picked up in high school and I truly feel like it is my escape. I have a half marathon this weekend and I’m glad I came across your video. Much love.
This title is so real. Ive been going through a lot the last 4 months. Mentally ive never been in such a difficult situation and i still feel like stumbling or falling. Before that all startet, maybe 1 or 2 weeks earlier, i started running. And honestly, that saved me. It feels like escaping your mind, whenever i run im able to clear my mind and there is no orher method that gets me to that point, no matter how packed my mind is minutes before the run. I regret not starting earlier, but ironically the time where i began with it was perfect. Running saved me. Wish you all the best bro, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us and keeping us inspired, thats honestly the side of social media we need to see more often. Was watching this while walking on the treadmill and decided to start running. Ran 1.5mi and glad it's a start. I ran a 5k this year and was disappointment with my run time, but i can't give it up. Gotta put my head down and start over 🤝 thanks Carlos for the inspo to start again

I’ve always been the “I don’t think running is for me” kind of person. I think it’s mostly just fear of being run over by a car or something but this video has motivated me to give it a try. So tomorrow will be day 1 then I’ll see how I feel after that a week
