Fuck man I just quit this game because the devs make stupid changes that nobody asked for now you got me coming back lol I know the devs will patch this shit so damn fast. They take forever to fix bugs that negatively impact the game but things like this that have a positive impact on the game is patched way to fast.

I don't think this is a bug. I think they just granted this to the players for the sake of the new wave players. My reasoning is that the near/god-roll stats seem to be by design, as you cannot get 13% Protection from Elites. you only get %12.
If this was a coding mishap and the game would church out maxed all mods indiscriminately, there would be no reason for us not getting maxed PfE.
but this is all guesswork... we gotta wait and see who is right...

Protection from Elite is possible to rolled with 13%, but it is absurdly rare, buddy of mine sat in front of the bench for over 8 hours to get 1
Did he do it after the update? Or did he had them before as we crafted A LOT as well and we only ever got 12% not higher or lower.
Yeah, I crafted 500+ mods in one session and couldn't get one. In any case, it's just the OCD perfectionist in us that cares so much about %13 PfE, otherwise it is the same as 12% performance-wise.
i only got 1 in 5 years, so only eight hours is nothing 🤣

I got my PFEs 13% from legendary missions. Mainly Roosevelt. I never bothered to farm them, so you don't notice that they do not drop, you only notice when they drop and you eventually have them too. It becomes natural for it to drop because it drops like everything else. It either drops or it does not. If you focus on _'it doesn't drop'_ instead of _'look what just has dropped'_ then you're making your life harder than it needs be.
And if players are still playing their Mickey Mouse content instead of taking on the hardest and sometimes most rewarding difficulty, then they're also contributing to the myth of how rare the most sought-after mod would be. They should finally pull their head out of whatever darkness it's stuck in and try something new. PFE is one of the rewards for the hardest content, and those who constantly avoid it also avoid the rarest rewards. It's like complaining about how rare a Bighorn is, it never drops. Ok, it's even exclusive and can only drop in legendary missions, but don't people realise that there are more rewards in the game that aren't available in Joe Blow's beloved lowest difficulty levels somewhere in the open world?
It's the same with everything in the game: If you play the game to its and your fullest potential, you get everything in abundance. Doing the same shite over and over again and expecting different results, well... we all know what's that the definition for.
PFE is not the rarest, but the most coveted, which is why everyone who doesn't get it when they want it makes such a fuss about its drop chance. Every veteran player I know of is full of PFE 13%. But of course they also play the hardest content. Not because of PFE, it's just that it drops in the long run. If people weren't so conscious of it, they probably wouldn't even notice how often it didn't drop.
GCRock and his gang once did a 24-hr countdown run. They managed to complete 50+ runs, with mods as targeted. Then they counted what they had gathered, and PFE was twice as much as Ensnare (1x), Burn (1x) and BD Res (1x). While they collected 39 red, 34 blue, and 34 yellow, they only got 20 skill mods. So much for rarity. It's highly subjective (and therefore unmathematical) how you perceive it. q. e. d.

Yes as long as you have a character that was created After the update.

I don't think so, the last few times it was with XP. That's a lot easier to track but crafting? Think that's going to be a lot harder to track. If they do they will give a warning first, if we then keep doing it, it might result in a rollback/ban! Imagine people not knowing about this because they don't watch youtube/Social Media and start crafting and get banned/rolled back, would be something!
I have tree lvl 30 mule characters, do you think I should use one of them and push to lvl 40 and start crafting or I should delete one and start over?
It will only works when you started an New Character After the last update, Year 6 Season 1. If you made them before hand it will not work so i would say delete one and boost yourself to 30.

Yes you can start in NY as well. As a solo player that is the fastest way to do!
Why would this "Bug" be available for new charters and not across the board?
If i have to think about it, i would say it will be because of the future changes for the New Characters!! Maybe it slipped in what should be there when the "Seasonal Characters" starts. But again it's just a theory

You can boost to DC 30 or to NYC 30. You don't have to run all the way from 1 till 40.

People sayin it doesnt work or its been patched are dumb as hell. Do exactly what this lad said on the video. Create a new character from DC NOT WONY. level it up to lv40 and get the shared blueprints. Craft from the newly created character not your main. If it still doesnt work for you, i question your IQ. Patch aint happening yet until tuesday or whenever they announce it.

The only way it's possible that you can't get protection from elites at 13% or hedgehog. Damage at 10% is if it was at set. Values and set values would mean that. This is all intentional, so could be that the Debs made it to where you can craft. All God will s*** for all the new playing the game to keep them playing. And just didn't tell anybody they've been doing a lot of things like this lately. With making the expansion something that you don't need to buy anymore. And now all players can just immediately play the expansion, beat it get to level 40 and also with all the complaints. People have about making builds etc, which causes a lot of characters to quit the game early. They could have done this intentionally.

take it from someone who been playing this game from the beginning. do not listen to this guy. youtuber's only care about clicks and views. there will be consequences.
More than likely a roll back one week. That would be the logical way to handle this if the developers choose to act.
However, I have a feeling they are going to wait until they can get some good numbers on how many players has created a new character to run the game over again. So that they can prove when push comes to shove to proceed with their seasonal characters plan they can throw it in those players faces.

I`ve got 2 1/2 hours on a new character and with the xp bug I`ve got to lvl 31 after boosting to 30.... somebody please show me a video of some completing 10 shd levels in 2 hours.
With the way the game is now with half XP cut through all activities. It is going to take more than 2 hours if you are doing it solo. Maybe 4 or 5 at best.

No it still works, just make sure to have a New Level 49 character that was made after the patch!

Guys let’s be real for a second. This is clearly a bug which produces an exploit that cuts at the core of the gameplay experience. It’s not good. It’s not great. It’s none of those things. It’s something that will ruin the game for anyone that does it.
Bruh, on my main I maxed almost all my attributes and I am a casual. Pretty sure all the hardcore players have it on everything. The mods I would get give me 0 advantage because I use PFE mods and you can only craft 12%. It would level the playing field for the seasonal characters you need to level each season.
I feel like this exploit is definitely gonna backfire and end up not being worth it in the end... Cus i doubt the devs will let people keep it...!!!

@@Ted__MoonTo confirm this YES it does WORK. “CREATE A NEW CHARACTER” to DC. Not the DLC for New York. After that, use the BOOST LEVEL 30 add-on. Then go to war lords of New York, or do whatever to REACH level 40. After that, upgrade the bench. You’ll be able to craft the godly rolls. It is not CLICKBAIT. This does work, and you might as well try this now before updates will patch this.
Why you telling people to delete their character for this they should not do this. Just straight up craft. If you want your views to delete just say that.
he said delete ur 4th character that ppl already use as a mule character slot that gets deleted anyways. I dont keep nothing important on my 4th character cuz im deleting it often for mule runs
