Best shorts instructor ever!
Matching stripes or not you did an excellent job! I'm looking forward to be starting on mine.
Thank you so much for this video. It's so simple and perfect and exactly what I needed to see to remember how to sew some shorts.
Thank you for your time! Keep up the great sewing.
Thank you! I've tried to make shorts that failed, and after trying to fix it twice and failing, I had to quit. Now I think I can rap my head around your tutorial, and my shorts shouldn't fail. :)
The BEST TUTORIAL I HAVE EVER SEEN
One of the best tutorials I've ever seen! It's fun, easy and amazingly filmed. Thank you so much!
Love them but generally isnt the rear piece a little difference then the front because of the but?
You make it look so easy. I think it be better if this short is bigger and not tight.
So awesome! Wish I found this before I destroyed my first attempt at making a pair on my new sewing machine 🤔😫
To make this even faster, cut out one full shape on the fold, simply flip the shorts pattern to the other side (mirroring its original position) and and continue cutting, completely eliminates needing to sew then and iron out a seam.
hello it was so interesting and very nice so is it possible to cut the front and behind part the same size or behind long and infont s
hort
Thank you for the video my daughter needs shirts and i was just gifted so much fabric i thought i would just make her some instead of spending money yay
My problem is sewing in a STRAIGHT LINE!! 😫
thank you.
Simple and nice

very cute!
Nice Super!
I will try to do!
Thank you .. really helpful .
Awesome tutorial! Thanks for sharing!
That looks very easy, great for summer. Just one question: if one side of the fabric is larger, doesn't that mean left is larger than right, not bum side bigger than front?
+Ama De Jong yes exactly - the bum side wouldn't be affected by that! X
Brilliant thank you x
Thnk u so much 😘😘😍😍😍😍😍
Awesome job !!
Can someone please HELP, I have done this twice and for some reason after I sew the side seams, when I line up the back and front to prepare to sew the crotch, the waist and bottom of legs aren't even, the crotch isn't lining up either, the back crotch is way longer than the front (I think it's supposed to be) but it's hard to match up. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
Barbra the same was happening to me check Mimi G tutorial and fallow exactly was she says I did and came out perfect as she did good luck
Nilda Perez Hi, do you have the link to or the name of her tutorial please?
Did you cut your back and front crotch the same length?
helpfull
I love your tutorial. But my shorts to tend to have a pouch effect in the front. is that normal?
Hello Melanie- thanks for writing! Umm it hasn't happened to me before but maybe use a bigger seam allowance on the crotch at the front and see if that helps?! It's worth trying a shorts pattern to get the right fit then you can recreate it easily once you know your sizing. Hope that helps Xox
Thank u. I will try That.
+Gabberdashery what type of fabric did u use plz?Ps that was an amazing tutorial
Thankyou Sharon! It's a heavyweight cotton - actually might be more suitable for upholstery but it works for shorts!! ;)
Your front crotch curve maybe too deep? You want the front fabric coverage to be less in the front than in the back unless you have a lump that is bigger in the front than in the back. Hopefully that will help.
Very nice 👌
loved ur tutorial thanks will be making kids some now
loved it
thank you very much
Can't see much of anything.
