I had to quit minecraft bcz of custom controls i was a skilled mobile player in new controls but after this customising stuff the screen zone wouldn't let me put the jump button at the upper right corner of screen like it was before i tried to play but i couldn't i had to quit my fav game😢
I'm playing with 4 fingers on a 5.7 inch screen, I use the joystick with automatic running mode, left index to attack and interact, right thumb to aim and right index to jump, for me it's the most comfortable for small screens
For me, the most comfortable setup is left thumb on joystick, right thumb to attack/interact (I also use it to jump, not efficient for jump comboing though since you have to quickly jump and attack) and right index to aim

i didn’t just bc in used to using 3 finger sodumb grip and im using to using my thumb to hit and jump/sneak and place(i aim with pointer and move with thumb)
Would you try to setting up the new controls as split controls and you can set up joystick and tap to interact controls as old controls plus if you don’t believe i can show a example picture of it.❤(i can put a example picture in your server just at @borderbarker in your server for a example).
