He scored some tap ins but i can Say that the last season he had 1gol every 84 minutes or something like that of Just beautiful gols. Look at Real Madrid Elche of Yesterday, he scored another beautiful gol
@@skullhunterbs2456 He really did. I believe last seasons scored 12 goals and was his record at Real Madrid. All of them were really beautiful. His method to strike the ball is so dry, so flat (Ball doesn't even takes effect) and his accuracy is remarkable. Almost all his shots are correct in direction to goal.
I'd say a bit of both but the goal at 1:56 amazed me. The strike was just so mesmerizing, I don't know how to describe it. Also it's hard to find this many goals that are beautiful of a player that's scored like 50 goals for madrid
That Liverpool goal is hillarious. Not only did he chip it above Alisson but also had the time to turn his head back to see defenders coming at him, turn forward and only then do the final touch to put it in. One of the funniest goals for me.
Poor guy, when he scored in the 2017 UCL final, (that was 6 years ago?) I had a feeling we had a bright star among us. Alas, like many other, injuries and bad form made him forgotten for years, fortunately he's getting better, and it's never too late to get back. The years go by so fast
Yh I remember before mbappe and haaland burst onto the scene all anyone could talk about was asensio. But he seemingly vanished and was forgotten after the 17/18 season not only due to injuries but because everyone turned their attention to mbappe and haaland and also vini when he joined real, becoming their main youngster
@@hamzazilani6398 ye due to injuries. He had a one year injury just like Federico Chiesa suffered a one year injury. That’s what happens to most of these young talents these days.

I love this guy. You’re open outside the 18 yard box as a PROFESSIONAL you should be able to do this and want to score these goals. Too much passing goes on so close to the goal nowadays with certain players and they want to score tap ins in the 6 yard box.
His breakout season was 2021-22, where he scores 11 goals in 39 matches with 0 assists but the best he performed was in World cup 2022, where might have been the best spanish player, outscoring everyone and leading spain to Fifa world cup (Source - Real Madrid Mutiverse)
i dont want him to leave real madrid just because of hist unique left foot, the way he shoots and the way the ball moves is just too different , its like an art
Maybe more of a second striker, someone who lurks around 20 yards box. He's really not that dynamic to be a CAM. At this moment Madrid is basically using him only to maximize those shots.
His initial years i was instantly fan but now he is just shell of his former self, Hope he moves to other team and finds his passion once he had for madrid
It's sad he is 27... But he needs playtime.. he won't do it if he keeps staying on Bench for Madrid... His shooting technique is so unique. looks like the ball leaves his foot much earlier than other players...So you can see many keepers just stunned!

I was thinking to comment exactly the same lol
He knuckles the ball very well . That's the technique

only few players can do knuckle ball in freekicks, but Asensio does it while dribbling...crazy technique!
Absolutely
He was better before the injury. I actually thought he’d be like proper world class by now. Couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Now…eh
it's easier to do it while dribbling.....

The ball leaving his foot earlier is one of the deadly aspects of knuckle balls.
